Everyone can say that this place is a good dealership but with my experience, I was approved for a car and I ubered there the next day and found out that first red flag was the person selling it to me had to drive the car and sit in the passenger seat. She forgot Elise by the way forgot to tell me to get my insurance sent over so I got that done. I also told him I was gonna take it to advance auto to check, the small things and take it to my work to have them look at it They acted funny then Well, when we got to my husband’s work, he found all all over the motor and I did not mention this car was a 2017 Camry very nice car. I loved it but I should’ve was a red flag that has been sitting on a lot for almost 2 years. The date that Car got to them was March 17, 2023 that’s a long time to be sitting on a lot with it being such Also, it had 102,000 miles on it and they wanted 15,500 so they said OK let’s take it to one Mechanics to have it looked at he said it was the gasket pan or something like that. Something easy to fix but he was telling me I would look at a different car or I would be negotiating a price Pretty much telling me not to buy the car and then I get back and I had a weird feeling on the way back the guy that was selling the car to me was riding with me And I was like aren’t gonna fix it. I’m not gonna be able to get this car and we’ll see when we get there. We’ll see when we get there. They made up a story that One Main Headquaters, which I just got off the phone with and I am approved for that loan But they said One Main said that my cosigner Live with me or they could not do the loan I have had plenty of cars from actual dealerships like Honda Nissan and have had a cosigner and never heard such a thing like that The guy One Main asked me was this a relative or friend? I said she is my mom. He said oh no he said she can definitely cosign for you and they were just doing crazy stuff. I mean, the hood wouldn’t pop took forever to get it opened. It had rock chips all over the hood inside the car was immaculate. But I think they know there’s something more wrong than just old pan gasket or however, you say that the oil gasket pan and it had a nail The tire did they change at the shop? I mean that’s nothing but at least have tires that don’t have nails and something that you’re overpricing but it’s OK One Main Headquaters is putting in a complaint against them and said something doesn’t sound right I would just leave that dealership alone, but thanks for the Starbucks drink and wasting my day And seven bulging disc in my back that’s why I’m having to buy a car anyways so when I get my huge lump sum of money back in the next two months, I will go to Toyota and buy A certified 2017 I like that style
With cash y’all just lost a great customer. I have never defaulted on loan. You can call all my loan people and they will tell you I pay my payments. I have a 95 payment rate that’s not how you do business I have never in my life since such a mess up there and Gabriel like I told you in the car I don’t think being a car salesman is your future job your sweet as can be. It’s not your fault, but I would get away from that place All the lies all this all that and all had to do was call One Main and you put in my Last four digits of my Social Security and it says you are approved. Congratulations Yeah And the man that does the loans Is an asshole thank you. Have a good day. Hope you don’t sell any cars cause it doesn’t look like you do very much.

Called ahead about a used truck I was interested in. told the gentleman I'm very serious and I would appreciate if he was upfront with me since it's an hour and a half drive for me to come. Asked for pictures of all the scuffs on the vehicle which he sent me photos of, and anything else i should know about the truck. he told me that he'd have the vehicle waiting for me when I arrived.
When I did arrive, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes, The vehicle is not pulled around… It was actually at a different lot. Well I'm sitting waiting for the vehicle that I was told would already be ready (considering I drove an hour and a half to get there)... He comes up to me and says that there's a leak on it and that they have to repair it before I can test drive it. And it was an issue that they had thought was already fixed. They asked if I wanted to look at other vehicles in the meantime, to which I said no.
Should've told me about the leak before I drove an hour and a half to come get it and should've had the truck ready like you said. I felt very jerked around. maybe the leak was small and I still would've bought the truck. I just did not appreciate that he wasn't upfront. Gabriel was respectful, so were the others on the lot. However, I will not consider buying another vehicle from here.I wasted 3 hours of my life.
