The most incompetent group of people you'll find around. I've lived here all my life, used Walgreens since it opened in town and they somehow manage to screw things up repeatedly. They don't acknowledge their downfalls or inability to complete tasks.

I came to pick up an urgent priority overnight shipment held at the location on Saturday. Multiple people, including me, waited long until someone came out to help. They told me they didn’t have my package, although the FedEx status showed it was ready for pick up at the hold location. They also told me they don’t receive priority overnight on Saturday, only Monday through Friday. Neither of these statements were true. The shipper ensured they had Saturday delivery before shipping it to this location. After searching for it for a while, I found that it was mistakenly (or carelessly) placed on the “to be shipped” shelf. The store clerk said she’s been there since 8 am and didn’t receive my package. The shipment was delivered and required someone’s direct signature, but she didn’t know who received it. Instead of checking for an in-store signature, she told me to call FedEx and figure it out.
It's just all-around poor management and horrible customer service. The service was so terrible that other people waiting walked out while they searched for my package. No wonder this location is rated so poorly by so many people. It is sad to visit an establishment where you can immediately tell employees don’t want to be there. I hope they can improve this situation.

We went and looked at jewelry she picked out a cute necklace, that I will put on her when I get it. I got her crystal light and nerds though. Customer service at register splendid gave my baby a deal.

Worst customer service ever. Slow. Lazy. Don’t care about the wait times. It’s like they are in another world. No matter if 12am on a weekday or 4pm on a Sunday. ALWAYS SLOW!!

Wendy was great! She made sure I got my 5 online dollar coupon. Even though I said it was fine, she still made sure I got it! Even after 5-10 minutes. Very nice lady!

The pharmacy techs are WONDERFUL. I switched my prescriptions here as there was a medication shortage and I had a feeling that 24hr pharmacies had a better shot at making sure the medications were in. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for about 3 years and everyone has been very helpful.
The company renovated the pharmacy not too long ago, however, they failed to upgrade the internet AND systems they have. Makes no sense to me as those are the actual needs that would be useful for a better customer service experience.
One thing to be aware of is, the number listed on their website for pharmacy help leads to a customer service rep not the pharmacist itself, so if you want actual support, I’d recommend going to the pharmacy itself. All of those techs have been extremely hardworking and that includes the staff outside of the techs too. Photos are quick to be delivered, they have great customer support and service.
Like I mentioned, the companies decision to not upgrade their internet and computer systems really holds them back. Hopefully the company can get better technology as this is a 24hr Walgreens and one of the few for surrounding towns.
Update: I emailed Customer service on their website and let them know they should send their team to look at the Walgreens and ask the staff what they think they need help with. Hopefully corporate will actually help their staff with what they actually need. Sometimes staff actually have their hands tied and can’t problem solve but it’s not always because they don’t want to. Google reviews sometimes don’t make a change so you can also try sending corporate feedback. Maybe the more they get the better chance we can help improve this pharmacy so we can continue to use it!

Pharmacy prescription problems here seems to be a lack of people not wanting to do but the minimum. Such as to say, " We have one prescription ready but it will be tomorrow before the other one ( Due to we are out of stock)
Instead I drove from vacation hour away. Then had to return again the next day for the complete order!

Just don’t even go to this place. If you made the mistake of doing business here, like I did, don’t expect anyone here to advocate for you. Actually after 3 years don’t expect anyone to even know who you are or what medications you take. They are the worst of the worst. Like a pharmacists job is to help you get the medicine you need? Not here. Here they will impede your ability to get your medication. This place makes me embarrassed to admit I was a retail pharmacist for 25 years.

Walgreens is one of my go to stops in Fuquay. I have been coming since the store opened. I used to visit the pharmacy, however it was always a long wait and initially service was less than exceptional. I have developed many friendships with the original staff. All except one have left. The store has personal help for cosmetics. Everyone will stop and help if you need assistance. Prices vary, however I often find prices and sales exceed Walmart. This business does accept outdated prescriptions in a drop box in the pharmacy.

Received a phone call that medication for my daughter was out of stock and they would order more. Never received a notification that they got it. Called and waited 35 min on hold at 7:45pm, to ask if it was there and was told that it was in stock and: I quote “We can’t call everyone to let them know that the medication came in”.
For sure be going elsewhere with my business.

I stopped coming here a few years ago and switched pharmacies due to rude staff and was hoping for the better today when I came to get my wife’s prescription “she didn’t switch” The Pharmacy tech Kris was having a really bad day and took it out on everyone in line unfortunately she said she didn’t have time to mess with a new insurance card and proceeded to berate me about an item being only 25 dollars when it’s free with my insurance. She told me to get a job lol I was only at the counter for 2 minutes at this point Team lead was bad as well. I even tried to de escalate and l said I’m sure you have hard days and she responded with no I have bad days because of people who want to pay wit lgi insurance when it’s only 25 dollars. So frustrating.
