Took my kid for severe neck pain. It took 1 hour in the waiting room, and still sitting inside the office, waiting to be seen, another 15 mints already passed. This is urgent care, speed should be of utmost importance, I see none here seem to have any care.I wanted to know is it just us and started looking at reviews and realized so many people sharing their experiences. People go to urgent care or medical facilities when they are already in pain and such delay in receiving care increases the pain multi folds.Still waiting and don’t know when we will be seen, my kid constantly crying in pain.

This place only cares about a dollar. Nothing else. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere. Making you wait an hour for a scheduled appt is just plain wrong, but they want to get as many ppl in as possible to they can bilk the insurance companies for money. I wouldn't even give it one star

Terrible office staff. Dr Lin was great…but the disorganization and lack of professionalism in the office staff is what is causing me to leave this office after 4 years.I received not 1 but 2 emails reminding me of my appointment, not 1 but 2 texts reminding me of my appointment…I fasted, I showed up on time, was ushered in to an exam room and told, “you don’t have an appointment”.I left in not a good mood. When I called back to get to the bottom of what happened to to verbalize my displeasure, I was put on hold for 10 mins, then automatically transferred to a voicemail that I had no idea who it was. I called back, when I tried to explain the situation to the next person, she cut me off MULTIPLE times when I asked her nicely to please stop and let me explain multiple times, she spoke over me THE ENTIRE TIME!!! When, out of frustration I finally used a curse word, she used this as an excuse to then hang up on me.

Awful experience starting with no bedside mannor from the nurse and then with specifically PA Amber. She was cold and I didn't feel she addressed my concerns professionally. She seemed rude and not helpful in the slightest. She seemed clueless on how to treat me. Also when wakemed says to reach out over their messaging system through their portal, it's never helpful. The nurses or staff are usually very dismissive and don't seem to want to be bothered.It doesn't take much to make patients feel welcome and taken care of....

This clinic practices fraudulent schemes. It’s the second time I am being sent a bill that has already been taken care of at the time of visit. I have to take time of my busy schedule to sort it out. They send me an additional bill that doesn’t apply. I hope an appropriate department looks into this.

This has been my primary care for the past 2 years and I can’t recommend them enough!! Jonathan Linn is amazing. I’ve never had a primary care who listens as intently as he does, and I have never once felt rushed during an appointment with him. Also getting blood work done at their lab takes like 5 minutes and the workers are awesome!

Perhaps this office is simply overbooked with patients, but I have never been a patient where an office operated as aloof and contentious as this facility. Difficult to get appointments, late for video appointments, and finally nearly impossible to receive prescription refills on time. Again, perhaps they're simply too busy, but this has been my experience @ WakeMed Primary Care Fuquay Varina.

Recently saw Dr. Keith as a new patient and I was so impressed with him! He was so patient, kind, he listened to every one of my concerns and I never felt rushed. He is the first doctor in a long time that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Second bad experience with this branch. Had called in to schedule an appointment last friday morning with flu like symptoms because nothing was open on the app and had an appointment confirmed with my doctor for today monday morning and when i arrived, front desk told me there was nothing in the system. So just screw my health i guess.Complete waste of my time. Next time would rather pay extra at an urgent care or go to another location.

I’ve been on a medication for 10 years until one of the office required drug test came back clean. After pleading with the dr that I’ll leave work immediately and you can run any test you want and asked if they would do a hair test to prove I’ve been taking it he said no that they don’t have the ability to do hair test and if I would have taken my meds like I was supposed to, there was no way it wouldn’t have shown. I find a testing facility to have a hair test done for $400 and was told it won’t matter. So now I have to wait until I can get in with another doctors office before I can get more meds. Sent another message telling him I don’t do well without it and my job is at risk. Could I get enough to get me to my appointment with new doctor? Nope.

Urgent Care is outstanding!It's the people who work there that are extremely helpful and caring.When my doctors office is closed and I need to see someone quick I go.to Urgent care.They take care of the problem right there.Because of this excellent team they called the Emergency Room at the hospital and told them I was on my way.I recieved some medicine and was handled by some nice nurses and doctors.Thanks to Urgent Care I went from bad to good health within a few hours.I personally want to thank the team at Urgent Care who handled my situation with accuracy and percision!I reccomend them to anyone!Mr.StewartFuquay Varina

I visit here for both urgent/primary care appointments and I’ve always had a wonderful experience! Dr. Lin is nothing short of amazing!! He truly cares about his patients and always makes me feel seen and heard. I’m so thankful for this office.

I give Dr Lin 5 Stars i am well pleased with his services. He listens and took very good care of me, but I'm very displeased with staff on my call to schedule my appointment and visit for 11-18-20. To start when I called to schedule i gave my information and was told someone from appointments would call me back. Several hours later after no call back I decided to call back and was asked what did I need to be seen for I explained again and was told it was in my chart but the information was not passed along to anyone. Once I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment 1pm as told and checked in I waited till 1:30 in the meantime 2 other people who walked in after me checked in and both were called in less than 10 minutes. I had to go back to the check in to see what was going on and was basically told she didn't know what was going on. Now today 11-20-20 I'm here at my appointment time to be seen as I was told but can't be seen because I have to wait 24 hours after the to test to be seen but the staff on the 18th did not inform me of that so here I wait till after 1:30 to be seen.

I changed to this primary care office in order to have a provider closer to home and am extremely glad I did. They are very conscientious and it feels like they care about their patients. Dr. Woods especially is willing to spend the time it takes to get medical issues resolved. I also have never had to wait more than a few minutes.
