Currently been sitting here waiting to speak with someone about my bill that keeps going up for no apparent reason for over an hour. These people working are literally talking about absolutely nothing with the customers and the guy checking people in like they need a whole person to check people in? They have elderly people that's been sitting here longer than me like that's ridiculous. Verizon the business and the stores suck.

Customers Beware: We walked in on Sunday to ask a question about my phone, and we were greeted with an attitude then told to make an appointment on Monday. So, we made an appointment for today, Monday. We walked in for our appointment today, and we had to wait 40 minutes before someone even greeted to us. At the time, I thought they were just understaffed since there were only two employees actually helping people, but I was wrong. Three more employees came out of a back room (after 40 minutes), one of them changed the music, the other one danced, then, finally, one of them greeted us. Once they greeted us, they told us that they had another appointment in front of us. What’s the point of making an appointment if we’re going to have to wait over 40 minutes just to be greeted then potentially wait a full hour just to be seen? We had to walk out since we didn’t anticipate having to wait that long WITH an appointment. I’ve been a Verizon customer for over a decade now, and now I’m considering switching to a different carrier because of the rudeness, lack of care, lack of customer service, and lack of professionalism. Verizon, do better.

GREAT service thanks to Bert! I was in the store last week to purchase a new phone, Bert was INCREDIBLE! Bert went above and beyond what I expected. He was patient and kind as he transferred all my info to the new phone AND THEN answered my questions and helped me when I ran into problems after getting home. We talked by phone twice to fix everything. He was knowledgeable and was extremely caring as we resolved each issue. Bert was OUTSTANDING! He was the perfect example of excellent customer service! Please thank him for me!

Shout out to Kayla who was only there to help fill in from the Fayetteville location. She helped me from 10am when the doors opened til 2:30pm. I had been dealing with a business phone issue since WEDS, for 4 days. It included 4 different Verizon stores, 3 to 4 customer service calls (we all know how horrible those are). I could go on n on but she was the one to finally spend hours with me and fix it. Also, Ray- GM for this location- I think your name is. Give your team there some slack. You can only help but so much what comes through the door. Your team this morning was killing it with trouble shooting and it just so happen that it was customers who were hours long. Not ideal but it is what it is. Kayla/ you friggin rock. Thank you a million times.

Went in today due to my phone showing SOS for nearly 24 hours. Staff indicated it was a local outage and became snarky and dismissive when further info was requested. I understand they may not be able to resolve, but the attitude was unnecessary.

Ross the store manager on shift was very helpful getting me in contact with Asurion to help with a phone issue even though I'm no longera Verizon Customer. That is going above and beyond I feel. Many should learn from this as we all are customers.

Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Employee was practically insulting us for asking about prepaid plans, laughed when we asked him a question about one of the prepaid plans saying that "he doesn't pay much attention to those," and repeatedly pitched us more expensive plans to sign up for instead. To top it off, once he finally accepted that we wanted a prepaid plan, he gave us incorrect information about a sale price on a phone and was corrected by another employee who informed us that the sale price was not available on the plan we wanted. Highly unprofessional and we will not be using this store ever again.

We were not customers with Verizon but had been having issues with our provider so made an appointment at the Verizon store in Fuquay. From the moment we walked in we were treated very professionally. Bert walked us through different plan options for our cell phone phones and mobile hotspot. He and Briana were amazing and helped us with all our needs. We are now very happy customers with Verizon thanks to Bert & Briana!! They were both very professional, patient and helpful.

Cannot contact specific store in order to confirm a product is available at the stores near me. This takes what could easily be convenient customer service and pisses all over the concept. Thanks Verizon! Every store number redirects me to an automated assistant, to which has no option to direct me appropriately to the physical stores phone line.
