Mr. John Harker who works at the counter at the UPS store in Fuquay Varina, NC is a top notch customer service person. He is so patient, so kind, so helpful. That is a very rare thing these days! I often come in with my 85 year old mother. She can’t get around and walk in stores well, and she’s an Amazon addict as a result. So she often has returns and gets the codes wrong, etc. Mr. Harker has helped us many times and he is always so kind and polite and patient. He is a true jewel, and I hope the store will hold onto him and recognize him as such. He goes above and beyond every single time!

I have been in the store for several reasons over a period of probably the last 10 years it’s changed ownership a couple of times or things have changed in there. I don’t know necessarily owners but everyone every single time I go in there are extremely nice and courteous they’re expeditious in their efforts, When I choose to go to the UPS store here in Fuquay Varina I go after work because it is low stress you get in and out not like most places you dread going in because you’re tired and weary, not like that whatsoever I don’t care what it is that you’re getting done Whether you are making copies or getting copies of things or making marketing materials, it really doesn’t matter. They are most helpful in every way. I would recommend them to anyone around here. Do yourself a favor and check them out!!!

This location really has the best customer service ever. I’m here a lot and everyone is always so incredibly helpful and friendly especially today. The seasoned gentleman John was so helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you John!

Five star customer service! I had a lost package (not this locations fault) and they handled the claim process for me. Travis is stellar and all other representatives were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning here for all my shipping needs!

I believe this is the best UPS store I've ever gone to. Everytime I come in the staff, especially John, have Bern friendly, happy and willing to help. I won't go anywhere else.

There is always someone to greet you and offer assistance with your packages and other services. It is expensive to ship packages from any business so having a great staff makes it an enjoyable trip
