Solid first experience. Swapped out batteries on a ipad. Easy online appointment process and droppoff/pickup. I would use them again for my iphone/ipad and would suggest them to others!

I've been having a problem with my phone that was far more difficult to diagnose then your everyday cosmetic damage. I spoke on the phone to the technician who was very kind and attentive. I brought the device to the store and 45 minutes later, I received a call detailing what the problem was, what steps were made to rectify the situation and what my options were. Unfortunately, it was too cost prohibitive to fix but at least I knew what the problem was. Superb service and excellently explained what troubleshooting methods were attempted. Don't hesitate to give them a try.

I took an older iPhone to this store that would not stay on.I left it and the technician fixed it in the time he said he would.It was a pleasure doing business at this location.

TCR in Fuquay was a great experience. I bike my iPhone screen and just stopped in to check for a repair price. Very reasonable prices and much cheaper than the malls kiosks. Dillon also said he could do it in 20 min. I dropped it off and returned 15 min later to find the glass repaired flawlessly. My only regret is that I should have had him replace the battery at the same time. Excellent job. For any of these reviews with complaints, it’s obvious they never expressed them to the staff. Dillon was outgoing, sociable, and professional and would answer any tech questions along with fixing any issues right there on the spot. A++

Excellent experience!! I came in right when they opened at 10:00AM and my new phone screen was done in 30 minutes, I highly recommend everyone goes here i’ve never had a phone screen repair done so fast!

Had 3 screens done at this facility and the price changes every time being higher than before also on my last visit to the location I received my phone back without the screws to hold the screen in it for the bottom bracket never going back I gave it 3 shots. Also the current screen in the phone from them has severe screen burn in its only 3 and a half months old

You want fast, reliable, and quality, go here. My phone was working but a defective battery actually popped the screen off. New battery, phone sealed back up, and good to go.

I had an iPad screen replaced ……the repair was done in a timely manner, the price was very reasonable and the service was wonderful! I would highly recommend this place!

Hi used this location over a year ago to have a ice pad screen replaced and all went well. My last visit I brought the same iPad in because the home button was not working properly. They had the part there. They said they could do it. I picked it up two days later and we had the same problem within an hour .We took it back and we’re told that someone did not fix it correctly. The repair was made and we were able to get it back the same day but honestly someone should’ve checked it in the two days that they had it to make sure that it was working properly before they gave it back to us.

I dropped my son's iPhone 11 Pro and a white line down the side of the screen was permanently showing. Everything else worked fine on the phone. I called TCR and they knew exactly what the problem and fix would be...and quoted me $160+tax and said it would take about 45 mins - 1 hour to fix. I asked if it was worth fixing the phone or just trade-in and get a new phone...and three different people that I talked to at the various TCR locations said it was worth fixing it.I came in yesterday to to the Fuquay location to get it fixed and was pleasantly surprised that Ryan fixed the phone in about 25 minutes.I did have to get a new screen protector since Ryan had to take off the previous one to fix the phone....and I got an Otterbox for the phone...both which were 20% off due to paying for it at the same time as fixing the phone.Great service, knowledgable staff, reasonable prices.
