I moved here a month ago to the Fuquay-Varina area and I am also an avid delta8-10 smoker. Flower and vape. This store not only has a absolutely great selection, but they have AMAZING employees. I come into the store 3-4 times a week now, definitely found my new spot. I literally feel like I’m seeing friends every time I go in, no matter the employee. I must give a huge shout out to Megan tho! She was the first one I talked to here and has given me so much knowledge of the delta strains that I had no idea about. Thank you to all of the employees, but especially you Megan!Happy New Years to you all!

I just bought a vape here and device wasn’t working. I got back to the store like 2 hours after my purchase to change it for another device and the guy that works here said they can’t do anything about it! So they sold me something broke and they can’t do anything about it. He said as soon as I left the store I don’t have any right to return the product to the store even if it wasn’t working. Never saw something like this before. All smoke shops I know they treat you very good and do everything to please the clients. Not here. I’ve been spending like $40 every week here and now they just lost one more client. JUST FIND ANOTHER PLACE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!ANSWER TO THE OWNER OR THE PERSON WHO REPLIED MY REVIEW:You should train your employee better, because he was speaking on behalf of your store, and he was very clear when he said that this was a store policy. He could have called the manager, he could have talked to the owner, he could have done anything, but his choice was simply to say that he could not do anything even though the store had sold something broken. What kind of attitude is that? Again, I’ve never seen anything like it in any store I’ve ever been a customer. Your manager is very friendly and has always treated me very well, but the position of your employee and the way he handled the situation is unacceptable. I will not go back to the store to exchange the product, I will assume the loss. And I’ve already found another smoke shop where I was super well attended: SMOKE ZONE 1 TOBACCO & VAPE. If you are reading this you want quality products and especially quality service, this is the place!

Was sold an unauthentic product at a massive markup. This place is not it. Don’t waste your money.For the response.Will bring the product purchased and a legitimate version of that product in for reference. I can certify that your chocolate bars from DS are indeed fakes/knockoffs.

I was just there trying to get a few thing the young guy was very rude I'm 30 years old I shouldn't have to go home to receive my wallet when I told him I had a picture of my ID he said so he still needs it ... I can his grandfather it's the lack of respect for elders... everyone go to omega it's literally right around the Conner the guy in there is very respectful & I think everyone should try it out

I live in California and during my 6 weeks in North Carolina I was able to find Sunset Lake Smoke Shop. The staff are very nice and helpful and I was happy to find cigarettes to send home to a friend. I am still surprised at the prices compared to here in California. I recommend this establishment.

Very nice clean place, well organized. Lady behind the counter was great, knowledgeable, friendly and with very positive attitude. Next time, when I'm in town I'll go back to this store.

This place is horrible and the staff is rude! Take my advice and stay the heck away and spend your hard earned dollars somewhere else. These one star reviews are for real folks. I came to this place faithfully and purchased cigars daily! Got a bad one and this rude 12 yr old the have that works at night called Megan on the phone and she was rude also calling it her store? that’s a joke just like she is. I treated every employee their with respect but when they were challenged about a product or problem they got offended. The little boy on second shift told me I could go elsewhere and guess? I did and couldn’t be more comfortable dealing with mature people who know what cigars have a tendency to do is not be perfect all the time. You took my last review down but because I told the truth. You the owner should know what what type of people you have working for you.

I was in town visiting family and needed to get some more delta 8 and found this shop. That’s where i met Megan she is just awesome and very nice person. She was very knowledgeable about delta 8 and she helped me find the best delta 8 products that fit my needs. When i come back to the area again i will return to this shop. i’ll definitely recommend anyone that lives in the area that needs delta 8 come this shop and talk with Megan. Thanks Megan for all your help and keep being awesome
