I needed a valve replaced on my Toyota Rav4. I can say Tim and his staff are genuinely helpful and knowledgeable people. They worked quickly and efficiently. It’s a family auto because they really do treat you like family. 10/10

I took my granddaughters car there last week. She had her brakes fixed, oil change, and a tire repaired. We are very pleased with the work. Very nice people and very helpful.

I had a flat tire last week in Fuquay area. They were the closest tire shop to me. I pulled in for help and they were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely recommend to all our clients and friends in that area.

Amazing!! Started my morning with a flat, stopped by here because it was so close to my house. They had just opened and I didn't have an appointment but quickly my tire was plugged after they found a nail and they were super nice!! Highly recommend!

Very bad experience at Stephenson's Auto Services Inc. I had an exhaust broken system and wanted to know if they could repair it but they said they will charge me to just take a look and after looking they said they can't repair it but they still charged me. Horrible … What kind of business they are running if they can not repair it.. and if they can not repair it for whatever reasons , they should not be charging anything. Horrible, I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. Stay away from this shop, they are looters.
