I cannot remember the name of the manager but she went ABOVE and beyond to help us when she over heard my daughters struggles to find a shoe. She tracked down the perfect boots for a picky teens outfit and saved the day!!! She is always nice when we visit. Give her a raise!

Store hours said open at 10am on Saturday 5/18/2024 ..not open.I understand things happen so I left and came back at 10:30 still not open. This is so irritating!

In the store hours it says at 1 in the afternoon and at 1 in the afternoon and I'm still waiting for them to still open. I can't believe they are so irresponsible when they are still open. I do not recommend them to anyone who is very unpunctua

The employees at Shoe Show in Fuquay Varina. They always say welcome in and are always willing to help their customers out on a pair of shoes.

Good shoe store with a viraity of different kinds of shoes. The sales lady was super nice and went out of her way to help my children. They really enjoyed shopping there. The place was clean and organized and has plenty of parking outside.

I tripped and fell outside your Fuquay-Varina store. Your employee, Sherita, came outside to check on me while two gentlemen picked me up off the sidewalk. She assisted me into the store and helped me find the shoes I was looking for. She was very sweet, caring, professional. She is an exemplary part of your team. I am now a customer for life because of her.

I had never been here before, but we needed some sneakers for my son last minute so gave it a shot. We found two pairs that he liked that were reasonably priced and name-brands. The store associate was so helpful and attentive. It’s a small store, but they have a good selection of kid shoes (did not pay attention to adult options). Would recommend and will be coming back for more children’s shoes as I’m sure my son will wear out this pair just as quickly as the last! I will note that the store hours are different than what is posted online - they close at 7 on weeknights due to staffing shortages. Thankfully, we made it in time, but that sign is posted on their door as of March 2022.

Customer service at it’s worse. She didn’t feel like working. Blaming fellow coworkers.Asked for boots that were on reserve from store to store. Stating there’s no boots reserved and we had to walk to the back of store to show her. Very argumentative and non compliant. Not today missy.. you barked up the wrong tree.
