Hailey was awesome to work with. I had questions and they stopped and helped me pick so great items . Helped me get some questions answered about my foundation. Also keeping the store on point as a child was spilling ice cream.

I just want to say that today I received the best customer service from Mira & Desire. I had an exchange. My eyeliner would not sharpen properly I hate returning or exchanging items but I think this eyeliner was defective. I did not have my receipt but my debit card and id for some reason their computer system could not find me .....thank goodness I showed the proof of purchasing the item from the store with the sephora app....at this point the manager Desire worked tirelessly to find my receipt this took some time but she was diligent and guess what they found my receipt and I was able to exchange. I want to thank the super sweet cashier Mira and the wonderful manager Desire that went above and beyond for me. Thank you ladies so much you really made my day! I will be back to shop at this Sephora they really know how to treat their customers!

The store was super clean and well lit. Mostly everything was in stock. The sales associate, Tia, was extremely knowledgable and well trained on all the makeup and skincare that she recommended. She was friendly and didn't make me feel old or dumb when I had questions. Highly recommend this location. Very friendly staff. Great experience.

I rarely shop here because the selection is just never great but I'm definitely not shopping here now after I visited today and the cashier wouldn't stop harassing me about getting a Kohl's credit card and proceeded to treat me horribly because I wouldn't sign up for one. I was being very polite to her the first three times she asked because I understand they have to try to sell the rewards program but after the fourth time of telling her I did not want one she continued to make snarky remarks and question why I didn't want to sign up. I felt like I was being interrogated just trying to buy a pair of pants.

I come here a lot because I love kohl's and I just happen to be in Fuquay varina a lot. They have lots in the clothing and shoes department but I wish they had more home decor here. They have like 5 different shower curtain designs and limited other things unless your looking for something for your kitchen.
