They do a pretty good job of keeping the place clean. Just get in work out and leave because there's always females walking around in the most provocative gear trying to be seen. They don't even work out!

Clean facility with all the usual PF equipment and friendly staff. I work out around 5:30am and it's busy but equipment is available with little to no wait other than the smith machines on occasion. The only bad thing about this PF is the parking lot. The lines are all faded and there are some bad potholes.

They keep it very clean, and the workers are so nice to the members. It's not crowded, you will have room to get a full workout done. As long as I'm in NC I will choose this particular gym to go to.

Super clean and the equipment works well. If anything is ever broke, it is fixed promptly. Friendly staff. Always feel welcome.

My Personal opinon after many months of training daily. These are my observations and I stand by them.
This location should be The Standard when it comes to providing a clean, safe, friendly and purposeful gym experience.
I'll start off by saying Cara, the Manager, is an absolute model of customer service.
Cara has the unique ability to articulate well, provide knowledge and information to customers, develop relationships with clients, all while mainting the highest level of proffessionalism. It should go without saying that this is displayed in her employees as well.
The Staff Cara has built is incredible.
These young men and women are shining the same light and are all models of customer serivce and personability.
Zane McCann is an extremely down to earth person who can answer any question or help with any situation that may arise in a gym environment. He is proffessional and eager to help.
Shamayla is an extremly pleasant young woman who maintains proffessionalism and politeness no matter how rude a gym client may have been (Have seen this first hand)
Jeremy is an outstanding personal trainer and I've seen him work with many clients, all who are excited and engaged. He always has a smile on his face, greets everyone, and his positive attitude is infectious.
Adrian has been an outstanding placement in the Team Lead position as he displays a willingness to get the job done and lead others in doing so. He is very capable of working under pressure and maintaining professional behavior
Im sure Im leaving out a few staff members here, but it goes without saying that every single member of this team are exactly what an employer should be looking for.
My personal opinion is that Planet Fitness should pay attention to this particular location and take notes on how well this location is employeed. This should be THE model location franchise wide.

This is my home location and overall it's a good location compared to others across the country that I've been to. The equipment and gym is always clean and the staff are friendly. Also the locker rooms are a decent size and the showers are nice with their glass doors. The bathrooms are typically clean so no complaints there.The only thing worth noting is other locations have the round foam rollers which would be nice if this location could get some. Also while the equipment works most of the time some of their machines are showing their age and occasionally are broken. Not worth taking a star off for the machines though because they fix them pretty fast. I would still highly recommend this location.
