“We've rented a 10x10 unit with Almost Home Storage for a year now and we couldn't have been treated better. I saw another review about the business not working with you and that's just a load of "you know what". We always received top notch service from the ladies here. They respond in a timely manner, they call and email to give you a courtesy reminder that your rent is past due before assessing any fees. If you run into a hardship and you let them know they work with you (we were late 3x once due to our son being in the hospital and having to pay medical bills, the late fee was waved, the others because my husband forgot.) They have an online payment portal so making a payment is very easy to do, no need to use the dropbox or come by the office, it registers to your account and no late fees are assessed up until midnight on the 5th. They offer a military discount and most importantly they treat you with respect and go out of their way to make sure you aren't paying more than you need to IF you are willing to take the time and show them the same courtesy and respect. They can't fix everything, but they do their best. I would recommend them to anyone and the rates are very reasonable.”

“Regina is an absolute gem of a storage facility manager! From our first interaction via telephone, to the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. Not only is she professional and efficient, but her genuine care for her customers truly sets her apart as I seen this 1st hand on my office visit today, as multiple people including myself were in the office needing something from her.
Regina went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions and concerns were met as I had been traveling and fell behind on payments due to not having autopay setup.
What truly impressed me about Regina was her commitment to exceptional customer service. She was always available to answer any questions I had and went out of her way to accommodate my schedule and ensure my belongs remained secure. Her dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable and speaks volumes about her work ethic. And I so glad I had the chance to finally meet her in person. I have seen her numerous times walking the property cleaning up or heading to her vehicle after a long day while at my storage unit.
Furthermore, Regina maintains the storage facility impeccably. It is always clean, well-lit, and secure, providing me with peace of mind knowing that my belongings are in good hands.
