I went here on Tuesday it was daughter birthday and she wanted an upgrade. Metro had a promotion where you port over and get a free iPhone 11. Alex was very knowledgeable and communicated well. I called before I went he told me all I needed the process was fast and smooth. My daughter was super happy going from a SE to an 11. Thank you Alex!!!!

Please be careful of this store because they want to sell you their products, the truth is I had a very bad experience, I went to the store and bought a phone that supposedly had charges and everything was a total of 117 dollars and they tell you that the phone case and the protector come included and everything but when it came time to pay they told me that the total was 280 dls I paid my 280 dls because they tell you a lot of things about the taxes being a lot over the phone and then when it was time to pay I asked them for my tax receipt. purchase and they told me that the system was not working well for them so I told them that I then went to get the receipt because I had missed a lot because I wanted to see what they had charged me so I better talk to customer service and they told me the amount that The supplier had charged 117 dollars total when in the store they charged me 280 total so I spoke to them but they told me that it is not their fault that the store is different... what happened was that last they did not resolve any of my receipt nor did they scam me .. please be careful in this store new customers.

This store needs to be under investigation and they need to run proper background checks on their employees. They have an ongoing problem with identity theft and not disclosing charges to customers’. Take it from me, a previous salesrep and manager at this location. My time working here my identity was stolen by a MANAGER who had a record of identity theft! They continue running these illegal, unethical practices even now. They overcharge customers for stuff they have no idea about taking advantage because they know no better (you do not HAVE to get their accessories or insurance at all!) It would be a great store if the employees were honest in their sales tactics instead of threatening/reprimanding the ones that try to do right. Go to a Corporate Store always as they HAVE to follow their policies set by Metro by T-Mobile.

Went about 1 month ago to rectify an issue that occurred on my account. Griselda was an amazing example of what it means to be an excellent customer service representative.She listened, she was kind, very knowledgeable and really worked hard to ensure my issues were rectified.I was so impressed with this young lady especially because I went to the store as a last resort. I absolutely expected that I would not have my issue resolved but she was so understanding even though I was highly upset.She was able to assist me with calling MetroPCS and I was also able to get a credit to my account.This was the most excellent customer service I have received in a very long time and so I had to come and leave this review.
