William greeted us promptly as we walked in, and was extremely helpful. It was apparent he had a broad knowledge of all the products and was able to help us narrow down the mattress we needed. Not only was he knowledgeable but friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend going with Mattress Firm, and if you do decide to go, ask for William, you will be in good hands.

Was looking for a reasonably priced, firm mattress for my teenager. Our salesperson, Faith, was FANTASTIC! She was patient, knowledgeable & kind (my daughter even commented how nice she was!). Best of all - We spent $200 less than we would've spent at another store & got free delivery! Mattress Firm - You're employee Faith is a gem!!!!
