We have used I Fix Fords for several years and love them. They always do good work at a reasonable price. They are very friendly. We had one truck that Ford couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Mike fixed it first time we took it there.

I wouldnt trust my truck to any other shop. These guys are as good as it gets. Fair prices and top quality workmanship. Anytime someone asks for a shop recommendation, these guys get it. 5 stars every time!

I fix fords are simply the best. Long story short I needed a quick fix on a blown pinion seal. They got me in and fixed up in a day! I would have had to wait 2 weeks to get into my dealership service department only to get a runaround. From their customer service, top notch service, and overall great people to work with, Mike, and crew are the best in the area! I will be bringing my truck back to them from now on.

I highly recommend I Fix Fords and More! My entire family brings our vehicles here. From a simple oil change to a major repair they are hands down our go to. Honest, quick and always fair priced. I have had a lot of bad experiences with mechanics and finally have found Mike and his guys to be the best!!

Long time Fuquay resident here - TLDR; A++++
Years ago our family/friends had a mechanic we trusted and would always use. However, since the massive growth in Fuquay we've run into many problems with that one and needed to find a new mechanic!
As I drive a Ford and had passed by this garage often we decided to give them a try. We are soooo happy that we did!
Their service was excellent, transparent (sending me text messages to allow nearly instant communication), are up to speed with latest technologies (such as a website for quotes, inspection results and communication) and even more importantly: They were on time!
We were told my vehicle would be ready by Friday and unlike many mechanics we've had in the past, it really was!
So please - if you need work done, even an oil change, avoid these new 'cookie cutter' garage shops opening up in Fuquay and give I FIX FORDS a shot. We found their service to be fantastic and prompted us to write this review.
We found our new family & friends 'go to' mechanic!

These guys rock. Fair prices and timely repairs. I have a gen 1 Raptor and they used brand new OEM Fox shocks on my repair. If you gotta Ford check them out.

I took my 1999 Ford Mustang GT to I Fix Fords with a request "to get her back on the road" after sitting in my garage for nearly 3 years. I also knew that it needed a good amount of work. I'm happy to say that my 5-speed (yes, I'm shifting gears again) is back on the road. I Fix Fords delivered hands down. Thank you very much.

I had very little time; I was supposed to be leaving for 20 hour long trip. Within the same day they were able to help me and get back on the road. I had an alternator and battery issue going bad. My lights were dimming uncontrollably, and the battery display on the dash wash giving readings jumping around about 3 volts. In about six hours they had it all taken care of.
Great customer service, and great work all around!

Our experience with I Fix Fords has been particularly positive! We have been bringing them each of our trucks and even our personal cars over the course of the last couple of years for service and repairs. All work has been comprehensive, fairly priced and always completed when promised. Our highest recommendation for what they do with skill and fairness. They even saved us significant money over a local dealership who misdiagnosed an issue on a F450 diesel truck last year. We have changed vehicles in our ownership but will not give up our connection with I Fix Fords.

Kenny runs a great shop! I have a 98 F150 my wife drove as her first car and a 2017 Expedition. They have serviced both of them for me and have done a wonderful job for a very fair price.
Beyond good work and fair prices, I have found them to be honest and transparent as well.
Cannot say enough positive about this team.

Since moving to Fuquay 7 years ago I’ve driven by the “I Fix Fords & More” sign at least a dozen times but figured it was just a shade tree mechanic out in the country. Boy was I wrong! My 2016 Ford Expedition was making that “I can’t explain it but it sounds like……” just what every mechanic wants to hear. I had several mechanics look at and listen to and told me what they thought was wrong. No guarantees but quoting extremely high prices to fix. I remembered the “I Fix Fords” sign and thought what have I got to lose letting them look at it. For a nominal diagnosis fee (which I also paid the other mechanics) I not only got a detail repair quote but pictures showing the faulty parts. A day to receive parts and two days of major work later my Expy is running quiet and fine. Costly but no where near what the other quotes were. I Fix Fords & More are now my “go to” for my Ford Edge and Ford Expedition. Thanks to all the I Fix Fords and More team.
