This business gives me a feeling of secure service that I don't get from the post office. The employees know the services well and can answer questions. I can never get a straight answer from the post office except from one employee and certainly not from supervisors. FedEx stands behind their service and deliver.

This should be mark as a drop box instead of a service point, all they do is receive the box from you like any drop box, they do lot provide packing list envelopes or tape to seal a box
