I’ve seen Toya working by herself at this location for a long time, I’ve seen this location slammed multiple times…and yet she STILL gets everything done quickly, efficiently, AND has great customer service. Hopefully Fed Ex recognizes that…about 70% of their other locations and team members are rude and horrible at their job.

Bad customer service. The lady there is so rude. No salutation. Not polite while talking. Such a desciminiation to talk and serve other people nicely while doing the opposite with others and keeping them waiting for too long.

FedEx is so incredibly inefficient it would be difficult to put it into words. Toya might be the best thing that has ever happened to this horrific company! I gave this five star review solely based on the efforts of this excellent employee who gave her absolute all to help me. Great work Toya and thank you again. I’m sure the next company you work for will understand what an asset you really are!

Toya is the only fedex employee ive ever met who is great at her job. Unfortunately fedex is run by mostly incompetent slackers everywhere else, so go to toyas location in fuquay if you can.

This store is so convenient. I've received excellent service. Miss Toya is awesome. She should really be the manager there. She definitely play the role. She's very good with customers. She can handle three to four customers at a time. Along with answering calls in a respectful manner. She's very detailed with orders and let us customers know the best way to ship & give good quotes on how to ship. Not only that, she reach out to other stores. When her store can't fulfill the order. She makes sure that it's on time & exactly what the customer wants. I have NEVER seen no one multi task the way she does.I have witness her cut 250 cards by hand. Well I ask how many cards was that, lol. While doing so, she still manage to take my order, along with others. (Why doesn't this store have a better way to cut) plus no back brace. To help with lifting & moving boxes. I'm in Walmart store often & she is always by herself. Which is probably best because she definitely knows what She's doing. The pay must be great. If not this young lady needs a raise & help she shouldn't have to do all she do by herself. ?? Great Job Miss. Toya. Hope fedEx get someone there that's a team player. Lord I hope paper work & ordering supplies, etc. isn't one of her duties as well.I do recommend this store to anyone that want Good customer service & your order done right.?
