Rude employee prompted me to leave items that I was going to purchase. Train your employees to treat customers better and show some manners. First, she ignored my greeting, and later, when I asked if they sold a specific product, she abruptly said no, walked away, and muttered something under her breath. This has not been the first time that I have encountered her unprofessional behavior, either. If you don't like your job, don't take it out on the customers!

I was in Dollar Tree today around 1:45 PM and had an extremely uncomfortable experience with a gentleman working check out, lane #2 to be specific. I was unloading my basket and separating the items to make things easier for him to bag. I asked my child to return the basket (again, to be courteous and make things easier for him) when he looked at my child and said “leave it here”. My child and I both looked at one other because we were unsure what exactly he said but he was staring directly at my child. He then repeated himself in a very rude tone and stated “leave the basket here”. I abruptly took the basket from my child’s hands and placed it on the belt and threw everything back in it. After I few seconds of reflecting on the situation I decided to take my basket and move to another lane. My child was visibly upset and had no clue as to why he was speaking to her in such a rude tone. When I started to place my items on the belt in a different isle he proceeded to tell another customer checking out that he “didn’t understand why I’d change lanes”. I feel like it’s pretty obvious. He also mumbled something under his breath that I was unable to hear, however, two customer's turned around to look at my child and I. I can handle being spoken to rudely as I am very understanding that each and every person could be going through something or just having a not so great day. However, I will never allow an adult to speak to any child in such a way that is not warranted. The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars is because up until today I have never had an experience with such a rude employee at this location. Dollar Tree, do better.

Just left the dollar tree. And I must say they have very kind employees. I have literally watched a customer just now not even 15 minutes ago come in his bill was like 5 bucks he didn’t have the monies for his purchase and the employee took out his card and paid for it for him. GOD BLESS HUS SOUL! we need more kind people in this world I don’t remember the employees bame but he’s a man at cash register 4. Would like to add he did not embarrass the customer he gladly took out his own personal card and paid. There are still good people in this world

I made a bulk order a month in advance of the event. I received an email saying the items were at the store. The store said it never came and I was directed to dollar tree direct. They said to call the store every day because the shipment might be on the next truck. Every time I called dollar tree they said it wasn’t there and to call dollar general direct. The staff was always unpleasant and acted like it was an inconvenience to help. Also, the last time I went to shop, at checkout I told the cashier good afternoon and asked the cashier how they were doing. I was met with silence. I was told my receipt was right there (on the printer) and I ended up having to grab it off the printer and when I told them to have a nice day I was again met by silence. Honestly I don’t understand why I was treated like that even when I was trying to be pleasant after being ignored the first time.

I had a time-sensitive online order expected to arrive several days prior to when I needed the items. There was an unexpected shipping delay and I received an email update that it would not arrive in time. When I called this location, the lady who answered was fairly unhelpful BUT told me to call Dollar Tree Direct (who handles online orders). The lady who answered was so nice and very helpful. She called the Fuquay location for an update and let me know I can get a refund once they have arrived. The very next day, I got a voicemail from Brian at this Fuquay location saying that Dollar Tree Direct must have overnighted my order for it to be here on time. What a pleasant surprise! THANK YOU so much!
