Oh my ,,today is April 18th, 2023,,, I stopped in the store coming from PO, first, soon as I went in a guy behind the register asked if I needed help looking for something, I said no ty, then I went there looking for craft stuff, next thing I know, he was behind me down an isle, so close I stopped and looked, that store was so disgusting, flith, ought to call fire , marshal, there was one lil girl , scanning products, ,another guy in office , had chair half way out office, never looked up, he was texting,,, ,what in the world is going on with these dollar general stores? You paying them to sit, and the floors , omg, so so disgusting,,, I didn't even want to touch anything,,, I believe it's corporates fault, you hire all these ppl, that are friends with others , , I'm just being honest, it's really horrible, send someone to see for yourself , ,,, I can't say enough about this store, it's unreal, hire ppl, that don't hire friends,,, p. S . That boy at the register,,, only 1,,, 1 doing there,, well standing

I don't know who the manager or supervisor for this store is but, it is a mess, floors are dirty, there is always stuff all over the floor. From the parking lot in, it looks like there is nobody "in charge". Went there a couple of days ago to get some water and apparently got there between shifts. There were 3 employees behind the counter. Not one acknowledge me. Apparently only the self check counter works. This is not the first time that I have encountered rude employees, they obviously don't care because management- ownership does not care.Is a darn shame because they are very convenient location. They need to gut the store, inside and out and start with new management and crew.

What a difference. I stopped going there because it was always closed and/or open but dirty. They had empty shelves and cluttered walk ways with employees who you either couldn’t find, when you did they had bad attitudes and were too busy with their phones to care. That was 2 months ago.I tried stopping in yesterday and it was 80 percent better in the store. Shelves have things on them. It was visibly cleaner BUT the attitude of the employees is 200 percent better. I was greeted at the door with a hello and smile. I needed help and got it (with a smile). It was so different, I had to ask. NEW management!! Finally, someone is listening. Yesterday, I meet Amanda (new manager) and Patricia; welcome to Fuquay and please don’t leave. These two were buzzing around the store stocking shelves and help customers and joking around again with such a positive attitude it was refreshing. Thank you and please don’t leave.

General Manager Joe is one of the best! He goes above and beyond to help his customers to find exactly what they are looking for. He is friendly and so helpful.

The GM Joe is a drunk junkie. He can't retain good employees because he sucks as a manager. He called me at 3:30am to discuss work. He has unrealistic expectations and is a horrible manager. He often takes discontinued products marks them at full price and throws them in to clearance.He is drunk all the time and mixes it with pain pills. They can't keep employees because he sucks at managing them. The store is dirty dirty. The mop bucket hasn't been changed in weeks. He sucks as a person, as a manager, and as a human. There are expired food items he sells. He often talks horrible of cuato.ers and thinks being a stock boy is more important than customer service. Don't go here it's dirty, grimey, and ran by a complete l*****

The store at this location keeps closing for no real good reason other then probably short on staff so I end up having to walk to Walmart or food lion which is further away so for now one star

This has got to be the worst Dollar General in America. The shelves are ALWAYS empty and they'll lock their doors anytime of the day without explanation. I'll ride the extra few miles to a different location from now on.

You can’t expect sunshine and rainbows at any DG. But this location is always consistent with rude employees and rushing/screwing up the DG rewards process (enter phone number/save money) just so they can go back outside and smoke a cigarette. Do better.

Dear gm reading this, the hell is the problem? Literally everyday u-boats overstocked, your isles look a mess, yet yall keep ordering more supplies? Why?????? At what point do you plan on clearing these isles because this whole place is a fire trap. Literally remodeled the whole store just to look dirty again. Maybe district gm should more than just push a pen.
