I went to the store with my daughter yesterday to buy her an iPhone 14 as a gift we met this unprofessional sales lady her name is JAQUEUNS
She went inside to bring us our iPhone 14, and she starting opening the box activating everything, and she asked me to pay, and I did pay with my credit card. After we went home, we opened the box and we figure out that she gave us an iPhone 13 so we win the next day because it was too late and when we went to the store, we found another sales person. We asked about the sales person that sold us the phone and she wasn’t there and when I explain to the sales person what happened yesterday and we got scammed by the other sales person and she said there is nothing I can do Through about it, I asked to speak with the manager and She said she’s home. I told her Can you call her and her name was ROSARIO, I had to explain everything from the start and she told me the only way that you can get. The other phone is to return that one, but you’re gonna lose the activation fees and all the other stuff they added on me when you purchase the phone and I’m gonna lose, the accessories that I bought for the other phone, please don’t scam .

Not sure what the point is of having a store open if they don't sell anything. Came in looking for a simple phone charger and told me to order it online so I guess I will.

I practically lost my phone number to terrible company H2O. I tried to become their customer, but they transferred me from my previous mobile company, but they couldn't provide me with the service. I was out of touch for almost two weeks. We came to the cricket office to transfer our number to them or buy a new SIM card. Thank you so much to Erica, she helped keep my old number.

Went in Sunday afternoon on 5/15/22 there was a Hispanic female who I wish I got her name but she was such a great help. She informed me on so many things and saved me money and most of all was extra friendly even if I asked a thousand questions. I live in south Raleigh so we Normally go to capital but we will most definitely be coming to this location from now on. Even if it’s way out of our way.

The sales clerk there went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me. She saved me both time and money. And for no personal gain for herself. I would definitely recommend both Cricket wireless and this store in particular. We will absolutely be back.
