I am beyond happy with Calliber Collison (Fuquay-Varina). From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience to what is customarily not a very pleasant event. No one plans to get into an accident or have their vehicle damaged. From the moment I called Calliber to request info to the moment I picked up my car everyone from Lisa and the ladies at the front desk to Matt, my mechanic, were extremely helpful, flexible, and courteous.
I was kept up to date with the progress of my repairs and was never made to feel like a nuisance for calling to request additional updates or ask questions.
Matt and his team did an amazing job on the repairs. My car looks brand new! I could hardly believe it was ever damaged. I've had it back for a few days and have not noticed any issues with the way it operates.
I would recommend this Calliber Collision to anyone in a heartbeat!

Thank you Caliber Collision for the awesome job you did on my truck...and so fast..it only took 1 week to get it back...AND...not only does it look new they also washed..vacuumed my truck which is something I HATE to do..I wasn't expecting the extra care and professionalism...they all obviously love their jobs and go that extra mile that you don't expect anymore!!! The ladies in the office are very helpful and very nice!!! If ever I need work done on my truck there will no deciding who will get my business!!

I've had the unfortunate luck to have to utilize Calibers service a couple of different times. They're fantastic. Gregg and team we're able to repair my deer damaged Maverick to the point you can't even tell there was any impact. I hope to not see you again, but if I do, I know my vehicle will be in good hands.

After someone hit my car. Caliber Collision was able to immediately get me in to take care of my care. Matt and the team were very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car. When I picked my car up. it looked like the accident never happened. I would highly recommend them

My car was hit while parked, so the other person's insurance company referred me to Caliber Collision, they were very kind from the first moment I contacted them, the people at the office are very kind, they kept me informed the entire time of how The repair process was going on and Gregg, the person who fixed my car, did a very good job, they even took care of returning the car that the insurance company gave me for rent, I was very satisfied and grateful.
I highly recommend them.
