My phone is trash. I had to buy this phone because my previous iPad was no longer being supported. I've had nothing but problem with it. I was encouraged to get the insurance but when I try to swap it out, they make it basically impossible. They can't help me at the store, they give me a number that never works. I chat with someone on the website, they try to send me to tech support. What good does it do me to pay the insurance every month if it isn't being honored?

Oh my God! I was having a problem with my phone for weeks and the gentleman stayed with me on the phone with customer service until they fixed it. He even put on a new screen protector for me!!
