“I’ve been doing business with Royale Auto Salon for about two years now, and honestly, these guys never miss. Their transparency and the confidence they have in their craftsmanship says a lot. From the staff all the way to the owner, Jerrell, I’ve never had a single issue with the work or my experience.
Their communication is always solid, and they keep you updated throughout the process, and they even offer to have you bring the car back for inspections to uphold their warranty, which I really appreciate.

“Took my car in for damages caused by a dump truck, had lashes, cuts and paint knocked off also had to replace the windshield they kept it for a while I just got it back today, I am satisfied with the paint job and windshield but something is not right with my lights no lights on my dash. My runner lights not working I always had my lights set for automatic but they not working correctly, I took it back but nothing was done still have the same issue,so I will be taking it to Chevrolet dealership to repair the problem, I have used the one in raleigh before excellent and this is my second time using this one in Fuquay-Varina not sure if I will use this one again I am very satisfied with the bodywork but I have an issue that I didn't have when I left my car”

“I had a small fender bender on one side of my back bumper, and they not only fixed that but a few other small places on the bumper that needed repair. They also cleaned my car and got it looking better than it did when I brought it to them. They were quick, diligent and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back for any car repair needs in the future.”

“This is the best auto body shop! I crashed my car pretty bad when I was visiting my daughter in Apex. Darin and Marianna were so great to deal with. The damage was pretty severe. By the time the car was finished, it looks like the accident never happened.

“Took my vehicle in for repairs from an accident. They had my car for only a week and a half and it was ready for me to come and check it out and pick it up. They did an excellent job. You would never know that there was any body damage to it whatsoever. Staff was very Pleasant, honest and informative to work with during the process. Informed me of a few alternatives for replacement/correction to a couple of things add gave me the option not to replace because the damage was not that significant to where it was not really noticeable. A very honest place of business and locally owned! I would definitely use them again if I ever needed to. I highly recommend them! They definitely take pride in their work!”
