He took the time to help me find a part for my car and when he discovered that O’Reilly’s didn’t carry the other part for my car he suggested a salvage yard. This is a part that has been on back order from the dealer for 9 months. He was just so helpful. When I returned the next day to pick up my Catalytic Converter he carried it out to my car. The service I received at this store went above and beyond. I recommend O’Reilly’s 100%!”
“My wife's iPhone SE (1st gen) needed battery replacement. Got appointment at Apple Store in Crabtree/Raleigh. Too bad the appointment line didn't tell us that Apple no longer supports the 1st gen SE, and doesn't have the replacement battery for it on hand. Fortunately I found Batteries+ Bulbs in Apex. Got an appointment online for the following morning, left phone at 1115, returned at 100 as requested, phone functioning as normal, cost under online price due to coupon. Wife thinks I'm a HERO!”
