Working with All My Sons has been one of the worst experiences. The 2 employees showed up at 9:30am. From the time they walked in the door all they did was complain. One stating they were allergic to animals, the other complaining about the corporate office and how they have no clue about any of the work these guys do, all they do is sit at a desk in Texas. From here it did not get any better. There was no sense of urgency what so ever. And mind you I am paying by the hour. My friends and I were working circles around them. One 4 occasions when carrying items to my truck to move I caught the movers (All my sons employees) sitting on the tailgate of their truck on their cell phones. Did I mention I was paying by the hour? Once the truck was finally loaded we drove to the new destination which was less than a mile away. I went to do the payment over the phone and what the lady said my total was.....was WAY more than what I was initially quoted. I was charged for packing material when they didn't pack a thing. This was never gone over with me. The guys were terribly rough with my furniture. Once everything was unloaded all the sudden the guys were gone. They left moving blankets and all in my apartment. Never had me sign anything never said they were leaving....nothing. Upon unwrapping my furniture ...... 3 of the 6 pieces they moved were broken. Since then I have reached out to the number I have 3 times. Each time being told they are going to email me a packet for me to claim my damages. Its been a week and a half and I still have not received a packet to fill out. To say I am beyond upset is an understatement. I would NEVER use this company.

What was supposed to take 5 hrs, took 10. They way overcharged my mom. They broke things, scuffed furniture, scratched walls & door frames in her brand new house. Not at all impressed considering they supposedly have over 30 years experience. Do not recommend.

I can't recommend this company highly enough based on our interactions with them. We have used All My Sons twice in one week and couldn't be happier with not only their service, but the ease with which they made our move possible. We used them in Florida to pack a truck and in North Carolina to unpack a truck and a pod and there is no way we could have done either without them. They were on time, courteous, efficient and fun to work with. For the NC side Juwelz Hargrove, Malcolm Hitchcock and Tyreek Harris were exceptional young men. I did a previous review for the Florida group and also named those guys.

Jess, Devin, and David were stellar! They came help us move into a three-story walk up apartment and handled it beautifully. They showed great care to our things and were so friendly and fast! We could not have asked for better help. They made our move so much easier.

Demetrius, Darreon & Justin were amazing! They were very communicative about their arrival time, excellent service in loading the truck/emptying the home, and amazing getting all of the items into storage. Very careful with everything and efficient with the move. Cannot recommend them enough!

I had a special request it was not moving. It was moving a heavy hot tub into the proper location. The crew from All My Sons Moving and Storage got here on time in fact a few minutes early. They moved the hot tub even helped take some of the plastic off it. Then we made sure I did not need anything further which I did. We pulled out the cord and all that was needed after they left was to fill it up and wait for it to get warm. David, Dimitrius, Justin and Jess all were excellent and did the job quick. They had a great attitude the whole time and it took us longer to sign and pay which was the first part of the job then to move things into place. I paid ok money for a low end money for the hot tub and I did not want to move just by myself as I might have damaged it. It came on its side on a pallet. I would highly recommend their service. Fast, courteous, professional, and actually a bit fun if I can add that. He cracked a few jokes about the hot tub. All four I would recommend they are all stronger than they look even Jess. Just kidding had to pick on her, she actually did most of the heavy lifting on the first move. If you are in the market for a move or need some muscle like I did go with these guys. Oh lastly the folks I. The office and at the warehouse also were great to work with it was an easy job as far as time and effort compared to a big move so they worked with me on price and also had this great crew ready to help me an hour after my request. I am very happy I made the call.
