I hate that location in Wilton.. The manager JackieK is very rude and have no clue what she is doing. She should not be working in Customer Service any where. I will tell everyone not to go there as she is working there. I definitely will not be going back. Very rude and prejudice.

I called 5 times from 6:19-6:27 before anyone would answer the phone and I asked if they had any deadbolt locks in stock, the lady proceeded to sigh over the phone and told me that they were really busy right now and she couldn’t go check right then. I told her not a problem, whenever she had time could she check for me and just call me back later…. SHE LITERALLY SAID NOTHING & SHE HUNG UP ON ME! I tried to be as accommodating as I could be to her situation bc I have managed a convenience store before and I know how it is when you’re busy… but THAT’S JUST NOT RIGHT! Be professional when you’re at work no matter what job you have and I’ve done customer service work for MANY MANY years and you just don’t do that!!

Workers are friendly here. PLEASE CLEAN UP YOUR PARKIBG LOT! Very dirty saw 10 masks on ground.This is the only problem I see here.

Money just walked out your store due to your “mandatory rules of wearing a mask to shop there or we refuse your patronage” MY CHOICE TO WEAR ONE OR NOT!!! It’s your choice to watch people walk out your doors empty handed and no money in your register. Will not EVER come back! Nor shop any of your locations just to walk up there and waste my time. Put a sign up at the entrance of the driveway so we can just drive past your store and go somewhere else. Save us time that way.You can’t make people do what you want them to, to shop there! And don’t even try to say that it’s a state rule cause the government can NOT make us wear one!Went to your competition and they enjoyed my money WITHOUT the mask... Will be sharing with all the people I know.

This is generally the shop I go to whenever I visit the area. I usually don't have a bad experience. This visit, however, was upsetting because they were not enforcing masks. I was in line with numerous people that didn't wear one, and the staff just let them be. The staff would greet them, but say nothing about a mask, even though signs all over the store (including the entrance) states that masks are mandatory. I have elderly parents to look after, and I come across too many people in my line of work to have to be face to face with people not wearing masks or following the six feet rule. I appreciate that the workers wore them, just wished that they applied the mandatory mask rule.
