I went the other day and was helped by a woman who was great. I went back again for something else and the guy who was there wasn’t friendly or helpful at all when I asked a question where something was. Him and the older lady at the desk acted like customers were beneath them and a nuisance. They have a good selection for this area but I don’t like spending money where people are rude for no reason.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. My husband and I visited the store on Friday Sept 2, Both of us looking to purchase athletic shoes, we walked in... no other customers were in the store. As we were walking to the back of the store, two employees looked up at us, neither greeted us. We got to the back of the store, a worker walked by , she neither greeted us or offered to help. In total the time we looked NO ONE greeted or offered to help us. We are all about supporting our locally owned businesses, unfortunately we spent our money at Shoe Show that day!!! Times have changed at Sports Zone it would seem. Faith and Debbie were always so pleasant and eager to help!!! Maybe they could do some Custom Service training with the current employees!!

Absolutely love Alyssa (hope I spelled that right) she has helped me design all my business shirts. She goes the extra mile to get exactly what I want and helps put it all together. She had my shirts done in only a couple days and I couldn't be happier. She has a forever customer with me!
