This was an unplanned stop.Since we had driven past it many times we had to check it out.And what an awesome store it is.Outside they display a good choice of Adirondack and other outdoor chairs. The kind that will probably last for many years.The inside is a brightly lit huge showroom.Their specialty are rustic high end furnishings for even the most demanding taste.If you have a log cabin this is your place to shop.Or if you are just looking for that unique show piece to make your home special.I could spend the day there and spend my entire allowance for the year.But in all honesty, the items are impressive.And everything is solid wood, almost indestructible.It's nice to see that type of furniture.Great designs. All the way to the smallest pieces of deco.But don't take my word for it, experience it for yourself.No disappointment here.

So far we really like our new couch we recently purchased for our cabin. Nice quality and reasonable price. We also previously purchased several unfinished side tables that were the perfect dimensions for our small cabin.

My husband and I stopped in to browse the store looking for a small love seat. We found what we were looking for, which has been a very hard task. A sales associate helped answering our questions, and in this questioning we were told we could have a 10% discount if we paid with cash or check. My husband returned the store the very next day cash in hand. When they told him he was short money, he asked if they figured in the 10% discount. Which they did not and the sales associate who helped us the previous day blatantly denied every saying we could have a discount. Then my husband offered to pay the difference with a card, they said they could not do this. They were also unwilling to work with us on this matter. Needless to say, we do not have a love seat. Terrible customer service.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! My husband and I came across this amazing store and decided to purchase a new dining table, it turned out that we had some problems with the table so my husband contacted the store and spoke with Scott and Jennifer. Both of them were so helpful they replaced the table with a new one. this table is so beautiful and both Scott and Jennifer were so nice and helpful they went above and beyond what they needed to do to make sure we were satisfied. thank you Scott and Jennifer and Whistle Stop Furniture

I called Whistle Stop a month ago because their website said to call them if you want a custom size for an unfinished bookcase. I called and spoke to a guy there who took all of my info and said he'd have a bid for me the next day. Three days later I called back but he wasn't there. The person I spoke to said they would make sure he called me back. Three days later the same thing happened and then three days later the same thing happened again. I never received a call back.
