I had to have two tires mounted and waited on the car to be ready. From where I sat I could hear John the owner calling people to tell about the work their car needed. I noticed how he would explain in detail what was wrong and how the techs would fix it. Many times he would say you don’t need this now but you will in the future.
I am so using Welch’s in the future!
