I wish there was a zero star option. Save yourself a headache and DO NOT use this pharmacy. Every month when I try to refill one of my child's medications there is some issue with it on Walgreen's end. Usually it just needs a prior authorization, which they seem unable to notice on their own and I always have to call, wait for up to 30 mins on hold, and ask them to do it. The past 2 months has been even worse. Their system has "closed" his prescription when it was in the que to be filled. Since it is a controlled substance, they cannot use others on file (because of the do not fill before date), and they cannot re-submit the original once it's closed. The only option, 2 months in a row now, is to contact my child's doctor and for them to send in another prescription. While I was typing this, Walgreens called me back and said that they got in touch with his Dr's office and it will be re-sent to them. This is so beyond the point though. This is the type of mistake that shouldn't happen in the first place, let alone 2 times in a row. And because this is again a controlled substance, there is a very small window of time to have it refilled before my son is out. I have put up with many years of frustrations with this pharmacy/location solely because of the kindness of a couple of employees who work there. But I'm done.

This is the WORST pharmacy. Takes half an hour to get through the drive through (which you are blocked in waiting once you start), only to be told the rx that was called in 4 hours ago hasn't been started, but they can have it ready in an hour.

Was trying to get a prescription for Mounjaro filled at the Franklin, NC location, for which I had a manufacturer's discount card. The first attempt took several days and a call from the manufacturer's rep to provide instructions to Walgreens' employees on how to accept the card. A month later, I attempted to have the prescription refilled and ran into the same issue. Words were exchanged and finally the head pharmacist got the discount card to work. Long story short, the prescription was transferred to another pharmacy where it was filled with no issue. This pharmacy also appears to be understaffed as wait time in the drive-thru is also much longer than other local pharmacies.

Terrible staff!! Shelly, in the pharmacy is the rudest person I have ever spoken to! They NEVER check their provider voicemail and tell patients their prescriptions have not been called in! Very frustrating!

Slowest pharmacy ever. Traveling & stopped off for some decongestant. Waited in line for like 30 minutes! Slow, slow, slow. The lady was friendly to the customer in front of her but obviously in no rush. Should have been a 5-minute stop. But have to show your driver's license to get Sudafed.

Trying to ask the pharmacy a question regarding why their address is not showing up on the website. Kept on hold several times and when the phone rang again into the pharmacy the phone was picked up and immediately put on hold again without so much as a word. Good luck getting through to these people.

Pharmacy tech wouldn’t follow guidelines on vaccine appointments, state opened up to all essential workers. But then later found out she gave a leftover vaccine to a COWORKER of mine because they didn’t want them to go to waste! Then she didn’t do the most important part of her job retract the appointment, so now I cannot make another appointment to get the vaccine that I was allowed to get in the first place! This place cannot even kind of do their most basic job, beware!

Horrible Pharmacy Management! The pharmacy manager thinks she’s an MD and she’ll tell you, “I have a PhD!” She hates her life so much that she will go out of her way, every time, to call the doctor and argue with you. Will be changing pharmacies this month.

The staff has always been super friendly to my family and I. I am always able to find the latest deals as advertised and the staff will even recommend new products or their favorite items in conjunction to my purchase. Coming from a much larger market (Sevier County/Knox County, TN)
