Replaced the noisy ideler pulleys on my 2006 Tacoma. Also replaced rear brake shoes. Fair price, good communication. Will use them again.

Had tires replaced and an alignment done on my Audi S4. Jared was able to get me a great price and took the extra time to make sure my aftermarket wheels were cared for during the process. Even had the lube cleaned off. I wasn’t super thrilled with the use of silver wheel weights on my all gloss black wheels, but an offer was made to swap them out for black ones when they come in. Will update on that. Great place, friendly people, awesome customer service. Thanks again to Jared and the rest of the team for treating my car like their own!
Edit: Jared contacted me the following week about swapping out the wheel weights for black ones to match my wheel color. They got me in first thing the next morning and changed them out at no additional cost. Fantastic customer service. Will be back for sure!

Highly recommend. I would never take my car anywhere else. Stameys Preformance always worked on my car since as far I can remember. I was never overcharged and I am always treated great. All my maintenance and all my repairs are done there. My car has over 374k miles and runs just fine ??

Make sure you get a written estimate before work is done on your vehicle, I usually do. I bought an aftermarket suspension part that goes on top of the rear springs, it literally has one bolt and needs a tension adjustment on the part, and the wheels could be taken off first for easier access. I made a 1 hour appointment to have it installed. They charged me $300 for an install that should take 30 minutes which they never called me to advise it would take longer and cost more. I verified with the manufacturer that customers of theirs install in less than 45 minutes in their driveway. I also had my vehicle aligned, when I drove it home the steering wheel was at 1045 to 1100 position driving straight down the road, this is the 3rd alignment they have done for me and the 2nd time the steering wheel wasn't straight. PS the part I had installed I had quoted Elite Truck Accy's who operates in the same building, they quoted me $649 for the part and $200 labor. I bought the part direct and paid $513 with my retired military discount, I ended up paying for two hours of labor. I called the following Monday about my steering wheel being crooked after their alignment and Joel the Owner said he'd take care of the bad alignment but not to come back for any work to be done after that. I told him I'll take it to Greg's Tires in Otto NC.
Months ago I paid over $800 to have a my AC compressor replaced, and I still had no working AC. I took it to an Ex employee of theirs who fixed it, the $20 orifice filter wasn't changed out so he replaced it in about 5 minutes. I believe the employees are good people they're just being told what to do or not do.

I have a 2017 Honda CRV. I am new to Franklin, needed brakes. I asked Stamey to look over my car for any other issues. My car has 189,000 miles so there had to be something. Thankfully there wasn’t a lot of concerns. The repairs happened the same day (I had an appointment) and the cost was not a challenge. I am appreciative of their professionalism and expertise.

I had my truck alignment done somewhere else and it still was pulling on brand new tires might I add, they said that is the best they could do. I stumbled on to Stamey Performance and they were able to get my truck to stop pulling and adjusted my steering wheel so it's level. Stamey has my business for life now.
