Nicole was very helpful and courteous. The store had a nice selection of other footwear and accessories, just hope they stay in Franklin since the shopping center is a bit slow.”

“We were on a trip from Florida for a friends wedding, afterwards we decided to go on a hike and during so one of my boots lost its sole. Google led me here and I’m so glad it did. I walked in at 4:45 and let him know what I needed, he led me to a pair he highly recommended. I looked around and after a bit I decided to go with his recommendation. He didn’t have my size in stock but did have them in storage which he was HAPPY to go to to get for me. Came back didn’t rush me to try on and I’m so happy with the danners I picked up from him. Like I said I’m from Florida but I wouldn’t think twice about calling fox mercantile to order a pair of boots! Great people! Awesome service! Very personable! And overall amazing experience!”
