Living very rural and breaking down on the highway is very scary but Ridgecrest towing company was there very quickly and the driver was fantastic, so kind and caring! His name is Dale and I thank him so much for making a bad time bareable! Great company!

My truck broke down on 4th of July while we were on vacation and Giuzeppe found a way to fit us in even though it was a holiday and he was booked. He even brought my truck back to the hotel to return it to us so we weren’t stranded. There are not many people who are so compassionate and genuine to go out of there way to help a total stranger. I am grateful for everything that he did for us because he didn’t have to. The kindness that he gave us and urgency that was shown to help will forever be something that stays with us. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, Affordable and genuine then look no further.

I forgot to ask guy's name, but he was nicest towing guy I ever dealt with. My driver had no phone service in the area, so he let him to call me, he sent all pictures, also arranged tire replacement. I totally recommend these guys!

Gavin was called for our roadside assistance, tonight. He towed my new car to the Ford dealership. He called to give me his ETA, shortly after I made the call. He was professional and quick to get it loaded and unloaded. You hear horror stories, sometimes but I was extremely impressed with him. Huge kudos for the rescue.

We live on a steep old logging road on the side of the mountain. A couple looking at nearby land made a turn out of a hairpin driveway next to us too soon and ended up straddling a ditch. 30° nose down. Mark from Ridgecrest. Towing showed up and was very competent, very professional and did an excellent job of getting them out of the ditch with minimal damage to their vehicle. The charge seemed quite reasonable. I would highly recommend Ridgecrest towing to anyone in need.

Joe and Giuseppe are the best! Everyone at Ridgecrest Towing is wonderful! They take care of you like you are family. We had our truck at GSI , It was there for three months. They said we needed a new motor. And couldn’t even get it to start. We had Ridgecrest tow it to their shop. They had it running in one day. It was out of gas! They replaced a few things and we had our truck back on the road. They are just amazing! We will be taking all of our Vehicles here from now on. And as far as Towing goes over the past 20 years anytime we call them they are always right there to get us! Thanks for everything and to everyone at Ridgecrest Towing, you all are the best! ??
