Funny that everyone claims this place is so great. They put me on hold for 2 hours and then hung up the phone at 5 when they closed and wouldn't answer when I called back. Seems like a bunch of lazy idiots to me.

Excellent customer service and great prices. I would not go anywhere else to buy tires. I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday, and they got us right in and had new tires on my truck faster than you could get an oil change at a quick lube place.

My brother from FL was visiting and when ready to go back home discovered a bad tire. I called them and inquired about installing a new one that day. Man was friendly and helpful. My brother was able to get that tire on promptly and went on his way. Said they were courteous and helpful to him. Will be our go to tire place!

I was recommended by my local auto parts store. To check out Poindexters in Franklin North Carolina and ask for Brandon because he was the best person to work on Toyota Camrys. My Camry is a 2002, I requested alignment and for oil leak to be found and for my oil to be changed.Brendan didn't waste my time or his. He advised me on what was going wrong. He priced out the next service that I would need. Well I was still there. Then let me prioritize what work needed to be done first. I really appreciated his attention to detail. I look forward to working with him in the future.- Abby
