The owner is a rude and angry man. I’ve never been treated that poorly in any place of business. His self-description is “subtle as a sledgehammer,” as if he’s proud of it. He has bullish business tactics and a complete lack of ethics. But the guy who works there is very cool.
To be clear, I called the night before coming and told him exactly what I had to sell. I asked about consignment but he insisted on cash. He said he “can’t pay more than $500.”
I showed up the next morning as planned and he immediately started with all the reasons he can’t pay me much but wouldn’t give me a number. To start the negotiations, I told him the “SOLD” prices on eBay totaled $900. Then I asked what percentage he usually takes. He said half.
After more obligatory down talking the equipment, he still wouldn’t give me a price. So I said, “you quoted $500 last night” as a new place to start negotiations. He was offended, and said “that was sight unseen.” I responded, “is the equipment in worse shape than you imagined?”
Then he got up and said, “I wouldn’t buy it from you for anything but dirt cheap. I’ll give you $250. Actually, I don’t want to do business with you at all. Get out!”
I was calm and polite the entire time. There were witnesses. They gave me apologizing looks as I left. His behavior was just bizarre.

Been here multiple times bought a few guitars from here always been great service Bryan the owner is great always super helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. This is the only place I will go to for any of my guitar needs. I’ve also traded with him in the past and he has given me great deals on everything every time I’ve been in highly recommended
