I really like this place. It is so busy but they handle the traffic very well. Vet and techs explain everything during an exam. The staff is friendly and professional.

We have been taking our dogs to Noah's Ark for over 6 years. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful, from Angela and Jennifer at the front desk to the vet techs like Michelle, Dahlia and all the rest whose names slip my mind right now! The vets, Dr. Brytz and Dr. Todd are thorough, caring, explain everything and follow up to make sure our pets are doing well following treatment. Everyone there adores animals and it shows in their treatment and also how they help strays and needy animals in the community. Both of our dogs are on their wellness plan which we feel is well worth the cost, especially for our senior dogs, one of which is a type 1 diabetic that requires extra care. Their dental cleanings are excellent and help keep our dogs healthy and thriving. If you are in the area and looking for a vet, they are the best and worth every penny!

Lost payments , credit card numbers lost in well plan when applied to wrong account . When asked for detailed billing unable to provide after 5 months . Treated as if the consumer made the error when they applied incorrectly .

Office billing was not organized . Lost credit card numbers , unable to send detailed billing . I have copies of all payments made and provided them and Jennifer was to send me a detail bI'll in January . I received a text message asking for credit card number due to their error but no detail bill provided . I paid emergent visit , surgery , scans no questions asked . I appreciated service . I bought into the well plan that they could not find and I was treated as if I made the mistake even after providing receipts . They said the 130.95 was an initial sign up fee and first month payment non refundable when I asked to just pay as I go since they lost my information . My billing was discussed in office with other people , completely unprofessional and treated poorly. it was their error . The Vet was kind the billing is not , I'm not sure how this is allowed .

The vet service is truly excellent. What is NOT excellent it this: The owner of this business also owns several houses in my neighborhood which they rent to their workers (whiff of "company town"). These workers each have SEVERAL dogs. Now even though Noah's have their own doggy playground and even though the workers seem to all bring animals with them to work, these 2 or 3 people don't. Instead, they leave their dogs outside to bark. And bark. AND BARK AND BARK AND EFFING BARK. Now even though Noah's is NOT a 24 hour vet/ afterhours vet, these people either have second, overnight jobs or more likely, they do not give a crap and they leave their BARKING DOGS outside, ALL. THE. TIME. 95 degrees outside? Let 'em bake. -10 degrees? Let 'em freeze. BARK BARK BARK ALL THE DAMN TIME WITH THE BARKING. The ENTIRE neighborhood KNOWS Noah's own those houses so we ALL KNOW to NEVER EVER use Noah's for boarding, they don't give a crap if your dog needs attention, LET IT ROAST, LET IT FREEZE, LET IT BARK UNTIL IT'S THROAT IS BLEEDING WHO CARES. BARK BARK BARK.

I absolutely adored my experience here! I was from out of town and stressed with a dog that had an eye infection. I called and they agreed to fit my dog in as a drop off, within the same hour. I am always apprehensive to leave my dog with people, but I was pleasantly met with friendly staff and the vet. He called me personally to let me know my dog was okay, and heard all of my concerns without interrupting me. Coming from Miami, this was incredibly affordable!! I would 100% recommend this veterinary hospital

We can not say enough nice things about this Vet. We are vacationing in the area and our lovely senior dog ripped his toe nail with alot of blood. We were in a very stressful situation, and a call to Noah's Ark was all we needed. Taylor, the Vet Technician, was very reassuring and managed his care expertly, reassuring us he will be fine. Lovely Ms. Vicki was a delightful welcomer to the center (and helpful with local restaurant suggestions to boot!). Many thanks to this fantastic Veterinarian for doing what you do. 5 stars!

Overpriced, understaffed, and now they want you to pay when you make an appointment! I had an appointment for 0830 for vaccines and a wellness check; they came out and got my dog (you're not allowed to go in with them) and asked me if I was going to wait, I said yes. About a half hour later they told me it would be awhile and they would call me when she was ready to be picked up. They didn't call me until 1600, so my dog had been kenneled all day! I switched to another vet who lets you come in the office with your dog and is very reasonably priced.
