I had my 10,000 mile service recently and was pleasantly not surprised at the service and friendliness of the staff. Doesn't matter who is at the desk I am always greeted by name and welcomed back like a old friend. Kinda like the old "Cheers" show on TV. Aside from that I always know that my truck will be taken care of completely and if anything needs attention or will in the future Tyler, David, or Rick will let me know. It's kind of like having a trusted family physician. You get what you pay for. If you get a $30 oil change that's all you get, you're oil changed. If you want you car "serviced" and taken care of go to New Life!

I lost my brakes coming down town hill in Franklin and was lucky enough to get my old car stopped in front of their shop. The brake line had ruptured. They fit me in, found the parts, and fixed the problem, and I was on my way within hours. These guys are very professional and know what they’re doing. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I've used this shop about four times in the last few months for different cars and different issues. The owner Tyler has always been easy to work with and accommodating getting the cars on his schedule. I'm happy with all the worked performed. The shop is clean, professionally run, and the pricing is fair. I highly recommend them.

I had my alignment checked at a *different* auto shop, where I was told my car had problems and needed about $700 in work done. I was suspicious, so I came to New Life because of good experiences I've had here in the past. Before they started the work, I didn't tell them about what the other shop said. New Life checked my alignment, everything was within spec, nothing additional needed, and for $37, I was out the door and done. Compare that to the other shop who was ready to take over $700 from me (I have had that problem with several other auto shops in the area). Other notes on New Life: I was able to get my appointment super fast, their online appointment booking system is a breeze, they started work at the exact appointment time (even on a Friday afternoon), their office/lounge is nice, and everyone I've dealt with there is super nice. And, if you need to kill time while they work, there are reasonable places to eat and/or stroll around within a short walk.

Everyone was very pleasant and their explanations on what had to be done to fix my truck were very clear! They were very thorough in the work they did to replace the lifters on my 2019 Silverado and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend these guys for anyone’s automotive needs!

For several years Ambassador Automotive has been the exclusive maintainer and repair facility for our two motor vehicles. When I learned that they had sold out to
New Life Automotive I was unsure if I wanted to use their services. However, since I learned that Van Kulish joined them from Ambassador I decided to give them a try.
I am glad I did. In addition to Van’s usual great support I found the NLA owners Tyler and Deanne Watchorn to be very personable and committed to providing quality service at a reasonable price.
