We just got back home to GA after being towed home from Franklin NC. We were stranded the day before and got in touch with Nathan’s to tow us to AutoZone in hopes we could make the repair and be on our way, when that didn’t work out we reached back out and Jackson agreed to tow us the 150 miles back to Georgia on today, a Sunday. We have nothing but good things to say about Jackson, he was kind, professional and enjoyable to chat with on that three hour ride home. I would highly recommend this company and we honestly can’t thank them enough for getting us home safely.

I was broken down on the side of the road between Dillard and Franklin. Jackson from Nathan’s towing was AMAZING! He got there quickly, got us loaded up and took the car to the auto shop. It was getting dark and he refused to leave us until our ride came. Nathan’s is a family owned business that does quality work at a reasonable price!

I have a very meticulously well maintained 2017 Ram 1500 with Black Pearl Metallic that someone backed into earlier this year. This paint is extremely hard to match, the multiple different colors of metal flake portions in the paint are extremely sensitive and any variation can be seen in direct sunlight. Nathen personally spent several days making samples and came up with an exact match. Nathen is a man of his word, and I'm very happy with the final result.

I had a very traumatic experience with another mechanic. Nathan & his team got me in fast. Provided exceptional service. Very knowledgeable. Helped me tremendously with dealing with a difficult insurance claim. I am so grateful for all of them! I only go to them & I'll always refer everyone to them. On top of it my car is back in pristine condition!

Five stars is the understatement Shane and truck number 13 with above and beyond to help me out in a bad situation I was broken down with a flat tire on beside of the highway I called Nathan towing the only half the competition price but the lady on the phone said half hour in 2 minutes Shane had called me and told me he was on his way he needed to get ready he be there in 20 minutes he was there in less than the time he told me he would be as soon as he pulled up he instantly turned my son's horrible time into the best time of his life my son is six by the way he made sure that my son got in the truck and what's safe in there got the car loaded up very fast and we're on our way never one time was enough super professional and super nice and went above and beyond the call of duty this day and age not many people care about others about others even after it was unloaded and he could go he makes sure the tire shop had me taking care of and still continue to interact with a good way with my son that will be the only towing company I ever use going for and I will be requesting him every time ask for Shane truck 13 your bad situation or turn better just like mine did thank you so much

Be careful, and avoid using this wrecker service at all costs for your vehicle and personal safety.My RV was towed by Nathan's Body Shop on Thursday, November 16th, 2023. During the initial part of the tow, the driver negligently ran into a live power line with my RV on the top of the flatbed. When this occurred, the driver asked if I would try and remove the live power line from the RV, which I refused. The power line was caught in the awning, and caused damage to my RV.Unfortunately, Nathan's Body Shop did not pay to have the damage repaired on my RV, instead referring me to the insurance of the property owner in which the power lines were located on, (who I am not affiliated with) causing a drawn out insurance process, which still is not complete.Nathan's Body Shop & Wrecker Service was unprofessional in handling this situation, compromised the safety of their customer, and damaged the RV they were towing.
