Worst pay at the pump you will ever find. Scanners don't work 95% of the time, it eats your card for long periods and times out. It is a sheer struggle to get gas at this location. Sadly they tarnish the Shell brand which is all I use so I am forced to deal with the non-stop headaches provided at this location in Franklin

This gas station literally tried to STEAL $30 from my mother!! We stopped to get gas and the pump (#2) was not working. My mom went in and prepaid for $30 of gas. She came back to the pump, no gas and the screen said it was waiting for INSTOREAUTH. Mom goes back in - cashier tells her that her screen “crashed” and she can’t do anything or transfer the money to a different pump. Fine - mom says then if you’ll give me a refund, I’ll pay to put it back on another pump. The cashier REFUSES saying that she can’t do that in case the original transaction didn’t go through - meanwhile, my mom has a receipt and her bank app open showing that the money had been taken out. Cashier calls her manager who is RUDE to my mother immediately, refuses to identify herself, and then accuses my mom of trying to SCAM the store (what?!) and says they will not refund her money and to “go ahead and call the cops if you want”. Um, excuse me?! My mom, realizing this was going nowhere good, left the store and called her bank to dispute the charge.That being said - what kind of racket is this place running?! And what kind of service is that?! Great business model you got there ? Just to warn others - if the pump isn’t working, leave and go elsewhere or you may end up losing your money!!

You can spend $64 for gas, yet you can't use the restroom. Never stopping here again.

Employee has absolutely no customer service skills! Every time I have encountered this man, he has been rude! Acts as if you are a bother. I do gift cards for work through this company and this young man has messed up both chances I gave him! Instead of trying to help or understand, he'd rather argue. VERY RUDE! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

Pulled over to use the bathroom and the clerks were in the store but said " we're closed. Not sure what's going on there.

The sign says open 24 hours but as I walked to the front door there’s a printed sign that’s says “Restrooms closed 10PM-4AM”. If the restroom is closed then the business can’t say open 24 hours. The reason people go to gas stations most times is to get gas and use the restroom before getting on the road. Don’t stop here if you’re in need of a basic service gas stations have offered for decades.

Your typical gas station. But the difference being, their card machines are always broken. At least in my experience. Has become very frustrating and I will gladly go elsewhere. And I suggest you do the same.

I go here for coffee every other day. Haven't had a bad experience yet. Everything is super clean including the restrooms and you are always greeted the second you walk in.

Wish the employees were not forced to say welcome to shell for every customer who walks in the door. It's so annoying. Also they have the nastiness restrooms ever, seems like no one ever cleans them or stocks them with paper products.
