The manager named Eddie is one of the most useless manager’s in Lowe’s, did not even bother trying to fix the issue or use his resources, they need to demote him instead of having him as a manager, I’ve talked to a few associates and my wife with assistant managers that would be better of replacing him. It’s just ridiculous, and I’m hoping he sees this. For anyone having issues, I recommend talking to the assistant managers because this one main manager was useless.

Update: Had the opportunity to place on-line order for two special order items.. Order went smoothly & delivery was prompt.

They will never help you here. You can ask someone 10 times for help and no one shows up to help. A trip that should only take maybe 10 minutes always turns into 2 hours.

Bad experience today at Lowe's.My Dad and I spend a lot of money here.I often shop for him and enjoy getting the VA discount.Never a problem except for today.I use his Lowes card often and show my VA card.He is also a veteran.Never a problem until today at garden center.Ms.Deb would not accept it and was quite rude.Customer service and training goes a long way.

This is The worst treatment I’ve ever received from any store in my entire life. I Went to the store, purchased new flooring, and everything that comes along with it. I ordered everything that was in stock at that store. It was supposed to be delivered That week . my delivery time changed three times. When I called after the third delivery date change, they were confused because everything was there and ready to be delivered and didn’t know why it wasn’t scheduled to be brought out to me so they made the delivery to me that day But only half of my order was on the truck. I called and they brought my underlayment out to me the next day, which was short by 150 foot. I caught the driver who was a manager making this extra trip for me to let him know. I was short one roll. The manager scoffed at me in my driveway and sarcastically said I guess I’ll be back. He sped on my driveway so fast, my neighbors thought he wrecked and ran to the end of their yard. I called to Confirm that my other role would be brought to me. Nobody had any idea I called corporate to complain. I had to run when I got home on my front porch however it was not 150 foot role that I paid for it was just 100 foot roll to talk to the manager (His name was Mike )at the store Up on me Before I could even tell him what the problem was. Corporate has not called me back. They said 24 hours. It has now been a day and a half. I now have To Lowe’s, which is 30 minutes away from the town that I live in nobody seems concerned that I’m being charged for delivery fee when I have to go and pick up my own products. Manager, Eddie was nice to me on the phone and seemed understanding why I was upset. The manager, Mike wanted me to deal with the manager that sped out of my driveway like maniac. I don’t want to deal with him or Mike now I’m uncomfortable and have to wait for my husband to come home from work from out of town before I can go and get my underlayment corrected. Not to mention the picture of the rugs below that I bought that were in the display stands fully wrapped and then this is how I receive them. I’m moving out of state that’s why I specifically bought them because they were wrapped and will be easy to move and Stay clean and not fray I will be returning these items as well because honestly, they look like they’ve been sitting on A dusty concrete floor. I actually used to work at the store many years ago and I can’t believe how they’re treating their customers. I have literally spent at least $15,000 in the past seven years at this particular store. I will never shop at Lowes again after this experience
Update .. corporate never call back about my complaint and getting my delivery fee back so I called them and they close my case without letting me know so now I have had to reopen. Not once has anybody offered to make this right! it even corporate treats their customers With disregard

Who knew you couldn't buy 6 gift cards without being told "do you have cash?" No I have my debit card...and he ( manager) said "that ain't happening" ... debit = cash! Never had this issue at any other lowes and we purchased 15 + gift cards ! Plus all the other $ we put into spending at lowes! Good grief! How they treated us from asking how we can pay for them to the last wads ridiculous!
