My pup is allergic to chicken and ingles is the only one that carry’s her dog food. I’ve looked all over for a bag this week and everyone is out. I called Franklin to see if they had any before I took that long drive over and Miss Layla at customer service was just an angel when I called. I felt so bad for even calling to ask someone to go look and she was so sweet about it! She went and looked for me and came right back to the phone unfortunately they were out as well but she was so friendly about it I just felt she needed recognition!!! Thank you Layla. Ingles is lucky to have you!!!

Clean and fresh feeling. This is as good as any Publix. Seemed fully stocked and meticulously cared for. Make sure you join their discount club to use the posted lower prices.

Great store has everything and more. Subs are way better then Subway could make and a better value. Hot bar and salad bar are clean and fresh. Good place for a lunch while shopping.

Refused service twice! On two different nights, at about 10 minutes before 9, the girl in the deli said they were closed and refused to cut some lunch meat. Don't bother with this store!

My go to grocery store. They have everything you want. The delivery is great. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

My mom went in there and they followed her around like she was stealing something. Then next time I go in there, the boy at UScan comes up to me and acts like I’m stealing as well and then I showed him my receipt and he’s like “Oh Sorry.” Hollysprings is way better. Need to do a better job with training and knowing how to approach someone rather then just following and accusing
