I love this place. It always feels clean and prices are low! Volunteers/staff have always been pleasant. It's such a relief to drop off a load of stuff I don't want and know it can help someone else out. This is a dire need for people allergic to "waste" and who may be tempted to hoard!

The rudest place of business I have ever been to in my life. You ask a question even when you are donating dozens of good quality shopping bags full of clothing and linens and decor and they are still unappreciative and look at you like they want to send you to the grind mill. Omg. Never again. The men are nice but the women are just unexplainable sour. Never again. I will go somewhere else to donate like Reach for Bargains helps abused women. They are very nice and respectful over there.

My friends & I encountered an unprofessional and incredibly rude woman who may have been the manager of the place. We definitely won’t be back.

This used to be my favorite thrift store. But unfortunately it's prices have gone up almost to the point of retail. It sad , but I understand the money goes to a great cause. But I don't feel necessary to pay retail for something used.

A little bit of everything. But the best part is the beautiful black cat who lets you love on him. So sweet and laid back. Prices are low. Staff warm and welcoming. Definitely a place to check out when in Franklin and help the local animals.

About 25% of the store is clothes and the rest is miscellaneous. All proceeds go for a good cause which makes me feel happy about buying some stuff.
