There are only two gas stations I actually stop at on a regular basis in Franklin and this is one of them and the manager is great and I love the man that usually is behind the counter..he is great!! Even when I forgot my wallet in the car one day I ran out to grab it and he said "you're good" and I didn't even have to pay for my drink..he knew I wasn't feeling good and I thought that was really kind of him..doesn't happen often..just not the norm..

Today on Christmas 2023 I feel over empty pallet on floor and it took a bit for one of the workers to come check on me. Neither employee ask if I wanted to file a report or anything. My knee, ankle and elbow have swelling and bruising on them. My hip is starting to hurt ?

Came in Franklin to eat at Shoney's and on the way home we stopped in and got some drinks and snacks. Prices was good. Clerk was friendly

Best gas prices in town, most of the time! Even better gas prices if your enrolled in their loyalty program, when paying cash! They also have roller-grill, sandwiches (hot & cold), boiled peanuts, fountain (both Coke and Pepsi brands & Gold Peak tea! ), their own brew of teas, frozen drinks ( Mountain Dew, Coke, Cheer wine, & various fruit flavors), & various flavors of (hopefully fresh) coffees. This is my "go to" place for my fuel & supplies!

I like getting my gas here but it'd be nice if they power wash the trash cans and the sidewalks near the gas pumps, it's filthy.

I was lecturing in Asheville NC and one the way up I would stop in the Franklin NC Fasttrip. I stopped in 3 times a week every morning around 6 AM for over 6 weeks. In that time no one ever greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. Sometimes staff would just keep talking with their backs to me and other customers while we waited a couple of minutes for them to finish talking. I worked in Fastrip decades ago. Sad to see it turn into what it has. I didn't expect warm milk and cookies, but basic common courtesy and the tiniest bit of friendly customer service would have been nice. I go elsewhere down the road now where I am greeted with a smile, and a warm hello, and they remember me. I taught customer service for years in the USA and Asia as a professor and a corporate trainer. I know not to expect too much. Honestly though, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced including multiple developing countries.

It's a good little gas station. The fountain drinks are the main draw here. You can go in and get a large cup of something exotic and it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg.
