Bad service when I wanted to go pay for my plan the person there told me that he didn't have any change so I should go change my 100 bill, I mean I'm a customer how is it possible that I should go change my bill when they should have change .

Kayla has been more than helpful each time I have visited the store. She has gone above and beyond the call of duty without hesitation in every instance. I cannot leave out Megan who sold me the phone and service originally was also dedicated to the satisfaction of myself and every customer I have witnessed her dealing with. Hands down best mobile phone experience in the America possibly even the world!!!

Megan & the guy who is typically working (forgive me, I don't know his name!) Helped us return a phone & had so much patience with us as we tried to figure out the Gmail password to factory reset the phone we were returning. Thank you guys, y'all are awesome!

The man who works there, Luciano, is the most difficult person to interact with. He seems to not want to do anything but sit in his chair and will actively try not to sell you a phone. I've been to this location a few times and Luciano seems to not know anything helpful... he usually flatly gives me a reason why I cannot buy a phone. I am on a family plan and have never had any trouble replacing my phone at any other cricket locations. It's just this one very rude man who seems to be just plain apathetic. ? wish I got a chance to speak to any other employee. Luciano will tell me to just call customer service while IN THE STORE, every single time.

The service is ok, but buy online as going in the store is a waste of time. I need to upgrade my phone, researched Cricket phones and found one I could live with. Went to the store, told him the phone and to activate it, it was twice the price of the phone. I asked him to break it down for me, and he said it was a $75 activation fee!! What!?! Everything I had read before going in said there would be a $25 activation fee. I felt like I was being ripped off. No thank you. Thinking of transferring my number to another carrier.

I'm giving them 6 stars. I had just the worst time with mint mobile and trying to get a phone operating. It was an absolute nightmare, don't go there. But that is another story. To remedy the situation I went back to my old friends at cricket. I was greeted immediately by Megan and said she would help me as soon as which she did. She was genuinely friendly and courteous. She explained clearly how all the deals worked. I got a new and much better phone for free. I got a plan where I get more data and pay less than I did before. She also gave me a discount on a hard case and tempered glass. I could not tell you that I've ever had a better customer experience then I did hear. Thank you Megan for all your help.
