Countryside Chevrolet is wonderful! We fried our brakes pulling a fifth wheel down the mountains on vacation, and pulled into a campground outside Franklin to regroup. We called Countryside, and Tonya was amazing! She squeezed us in the next day for evaluation, had the parts in the next day, and they did a complete brake job, rotors, pads, calipers,etc., the following day. They were all so professional, helpful, test drove our truck, and put us back on the road quickly. They are a very busy shop, yet took the time to help out visitors. I give my wholehearted endorsement to Countryside!

This is my 6th new vehicle, and 1 used, since '08 from Countryside Chevrolet. I would not consider shopping anywhere else.
They are wonderful to deal with in every regard. Pleasant and helpful, very accommodating of indiviual needs and they offer a personal experience not often found in business today.
I feel like family there and could not be happier to have them in my community.

Buying a new car can be very stressful when you don't know what to expect. Everyone at Countryside made this experience very pleasant for me. They worked to make sure I got what I wanted and kept me updated every step of the way. I love the car I purchased and know where to go if I am ever in need of another car. Dustin Cabe was our sales person. He was very nice and knowledgable about things ranging from the credit application to the vehicles themselves. He was also very forthright and honest which we greatly appreciated. We had not intended to do anything other than come in and test drive a vehicle that wasnt available at another dealership but after disussing and given Dustin's helpfulness we decided to go ahead and purchase our vehicle that same day. We can't recomend the dealership enough and most especially Dustin himself!

We bought my wife’s suburban from here and we were very pleased with the service but when we went to go buy me a truck they could not get the deal done twice. I wanted a little older diesel truck and they continued to push for me to get a brand new gas burner. This is not the dealership for you if you don’t want a brand new gas burner. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know for your truck needs .

I've always dreaded buying automobiles from dealerships, but this experience was actually pleasant. The salesman, Mike Hopkins, was about as affable as they come - very easy to work with - and about as 'low pressure' a salesman as I have ever dealt with. The other folks I encountered there - from the receptionist to lady in finance - were outstanding. The facility was neat and clean, and the service waiting area was comfortable with a good assortment of refreshments. Next time I need another vehicle, I'll definitely be back.

We can not express how grateful we were to have met a team like countryside Chevrolet when we first walked in they made us feel like family Chad wolf was wonderful never tryed pushing anything on us the paperwork was easy no stress Chad is one of the best the service department is wonderful all treat u like family as well again if anyone needs a vehicle please go see countryside Chevrolet u tried the rest now try the best they are wonderful people they will do exactly what they say they will do
