I don't know if it was the furniture we purchased or the guys who delivered it on this one...So I bought a reclining sofa and matching recliner. Within a year my recliner broke. They couldn't fix it with my warranty that i paid extra for. So they brought me one that kinda looks like my set...While waiting on that one of my sofa recliners broke as well.. but I already used my warranty.Within a year of having the new recliner.. broken.My husband goes to lift the new recliner to clean recently and find a material (maybe used for storing or moving the recliner) tied around all of the mechanisms underneath. Was that why my chair broke so fast..I remember our grandparents/parents could buy furniture that lasted many, many years.We don't want to blame the store but we def won't be purchasing from badcock again..

I was greeted kindly at the store when I walked in.kelly and Dustin were very helpful. Very knowledgeable about questions I had asked regarding my purchase. Kelly, she was very professional, as was Dustin.

Great sales support, super friendly! The delivery team was also great to work with, very careful of working in our home and so very nice. They did a great job of setting up our bedroom set. This was our first order from Badcock Home Furnishings and it won't be the last Well done!

They do not honor there warranty horrible customer service with the higher ups Dustin is very helpful but it's out of his hands they have sent my mower off 3 times and never fixed and we even bought the extended warranty

I needed two living room sets and a dresser. They were helpful and allowed me to lay on every couch and sit in every recliner. When I asked for guidance, Dustin listened carefully and offered suggestions of some furniture that was not currently at that location. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me make decisions about the different sets I wanted. He wrote up the order and looked up the delivery schedule. My sets were delivered on time, no problems. The dresser was about 2 days delayed, but I was kept informed every step of the way. Supply chain issues are expected everywhere now, so I was pleasantly surprised that the two sets were delivered on schedule. I will not hesitate to buy from them again. Great service, sturdy furniture, conscientious communication, timely delivery- happy customer!

Excellent service by Badcock who had delivered heavy furniture an hour away, up a mountain driveway, up a flight of stairs and then assembled. Couldn’t be happier with the manager Dustin and the rest of his staff.

I bought this sleeper sofa when it was delivered 2 of the legs did not fit it took 2 months to get it fixed then the bed frame broke has only Ben sleep on once you can see the cushion goes all the way down into the couch you cannot even sit on it because the bed is on the floor. Dustin really tried to help he new all the problems I was having from the start but corporate was awful I even had the extended warranty what a joke do not shop there they do not stand by anything even there warranty. I finally gave the couch to Salvation Army hopefully someone can fix it and get use .

I needed furniture for a room very quickly and had little to no time to shop. I picked something out online and left a message. Dustin contacted me very quickly and was able to get furniture delivered in record time! The young men who delivered and set up the furniture were very friendly, respectful of my home, the furniture, and my time. They were careful with everything and I can’t say enough good things about them! Thank you so much, highly recommended!
