I scheduled an appointment for a leaking Gladiator hard top front removable panel. Technicians sprayed water and duplicate d the leak. They proceeded to remove one of the two tops and said they could see nothing wrong. It was suggested that I would have to visit a non-Jeep body shop. The manager rejected that premise and suggested that I would have to schedule another appointment and leave the truck for a couple of days.I explained that this is the only vehicle available to me as I’ve ordered another Jeep. So… today I removed the hard tops and discovered a markedly depressed gasket where the leak occurs. Tried to show it to the manager and he stated he “ wouldn’t know what he’d be looking at. Technicians all at lunch at ten til noon.Service: Body & Trim
