We had a truck wreck because of an incompetent driver in a car running a red light in Marble NC in August 2024. Our truck was totaled but our new trailer was fine. The state trooper that was at the accident said that we would not be able to take our trailer back to our yard and that the towing company would have to take it. We argued and said that we could take it because it was not damaged, and we had brought another semi to take it home with. He would not let us and said we would need to call a towing company to get our truck and trailer. So, we called our towing company to come pick it up for us and the State Trooper said to cancel it, that he had just called another towing company. Which happened to be A Automotive and Truck. They have been down our throats since the accident about coming to get our trailer, even though it is out of our hands now and in the hands of insurance. They have harassed us AND insurance over the phone. Lloyd does not understand that insurance takes time to go through and cannot just throw out money to people and companies. He has yelled over the phone to us and charged our driver $450 to come onto the premises DURING HOURS. They have also charged us $400 per day for every day that the truck and trailer is there. Which is really high compared to most towing companies that charge between $100-$200 per day. The bill for our totaled truck right now is about $12,000 and our trailer tow bill is about $13,000. Which is crazy because the trailer wasn't even damaged. Overall A Automotive and Truck have been terrible to deal with and I would not recommend them to ANYONE that has a wreck because they will harass you and overcharge you.

Everyone brings up the exit for the church... Honestly the exit of the church has nothing to do with their business they do fabulous work not only for the people of Franklin but for the community as a whole

Thieves and robbers. They charge me $1500 for towing my truck 2 mile away. He charged $200 for training he’s trainee . He didn’t disconnect my truck drive shaft. He lied about the price one the part. He said it was $1000 extra. And when I called Kenworth about part they said. A Automat will get it for less. Thieves. And the woman in the office didn’t want to work with my warranty after they said yes they’ll work with them. I end up calling a next towing company who knows what their doing and there rate was $500 and he disconnected the drive shaft. He load to the towed truck driver that am known for canceling my payments and I’ve never been there before.

So thankful for lloyd and Laura for selling us a tire on their day off to get us back on the road to florida!!! It is rare to find this kind of customer service!!! Thank you so much!!!!

These guys block the exit to the church next door endangering all the women & men who attend. It is shameful on so many levels. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!! To the owner MOVE your mess blocking the safe exit to the road. It is the only DECENT thing to do.

I attend the church next door and this business owner blocks the only safe exit to our Ministry. He has no regard for any life that worships next door. DO NOT GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!! Move the mess blocking the exits so everyone can come and go in a peaceful manner.

Disappointed that this business is blocking the only safe exit to a church my elderly family friends attend. Would truly be a better business practice to remove these obstructions for the well being of the community.

Don’t support this business until they remove all of the vehicles blocking the church next door. My mother attends the church and her life is endangered because of the irresponsible and inconsiderate people who run this place.
