Ripped me off paid 20 in gas on pump 1 for 93 premium. Pump didn't turn on or work. I went right back in to ask why pump did work. They told me that the cash register show that I already pumped. I called them outside they looked at the pump they looked and saw my gas was on e. Still wouldn't give me my money back and told me to come when the manager was there. I came two days and they've been giving me the runaround about the time the manager gets there and won't give me his phone number. And no one has given me a refund and the manager is never there at the times that they said he was either. They've given me several times when the manager was supposed to be there and he was never there I came at 5:00 a.m. 9:00 a.m. in the afternoon several times he's never there. Even after they call him and told him the situation

Very friendly! Great value! I rented a 5x10 storage unit from here for about a year. Never had an issue and the gentleman that runs knows how to treat his customers. I highly recommend Ready Creek Mini Storage not only because they have the best prices in the area but because of their customer service.
