Best Pharmacy in Johnston County. Friendly staff, Great hours, always helpful with refill reminders, etc. Great prices on everything. Have opened up off hours in emergency for my ailing mother in law several times.

I've never experienced a pharmacy like this one! Emily is always kind and helpful. Even if you are out of town, it is worth the drive to be able to deal with your pharmacist face to face. No more big chain stores for my family!

After a few too many headaches from Walgreens I switched my son's prescriptions to Parker Pharmacy. I should have done it sooner, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I'll never fill a prescription anywhere else ever again.

We are on our way home from Hilton Head with 3 more hours to go. My daughter has been suffering with chest congestion for the past 2 weeks. Her doctor said it was a virus and there wasn't much we could do. Since we were stopped for gas, I ran into Parker Pharmacy to see what I could get for her. She has been complaining more lately. The man who helped me was amazing...he was a great listener and very helpful. Their prices were also amazingly reasonable. I definitely recommend Parker Pharmacy.
